When I canceled, I was doing a refund of 40 bucks, but they took 35 of it as an administrative and pick up fee. I had cancel my service, but still had garbage and recyclables in my bins. They schedule a time to come pick them up, but wouldn't take them because there were still things in them! Their communications have been terrible, and when they have taken place, they've been very rude. I wouldn't use these guys even if I had to haul everything myself in a hand drawn wheelbarrow to the trash yard.
