My husband and I used VIP Limousine to transport us to the venue for our wedding ceremony and then take the whole wedding party to the reception venue. The vehicle was super clean and well stocked with celebratory champagne, great music, and fancy purple uplighting. The seats in the limousine van were a nice black quilted leather, which made the whole experience feel a little more high class. The driver was excellent and got us where we needed to go (in style!), and at a pretty affordable price comparatively. I recommend them if you are in the market for a limousine or nice sedan with a driver for a special occasion or event! read more

My sister used a party bus from VIP sedan and limo for her wedding. This was in August and it was low to mid 90s temperature wise and extremely humid. It was extremely hot on the bus, where we waited at minimum an hour in the heat with no air conditioning. Guests repeatedly asked the driver to turn on the air conditioning. He claimed the air was already on, but there's no way. It was too hot, the driver was also sweating profusely the entire time, including when he picked us up initially from the church. We did not feel any air flowing in the bus and everyone was uncomfortable. Also, the bathroom on the bus was not working, and many guests needed to use the bathroom and were unable to. what was supposed to be a fun way to spend the time waiting for the groom and bride to take pictures together was completely miserable. When we had reached out to the company about this, they minimized the situation. The party bus was expensive. I think the company should have done much more to address their shortcomings. We certainly would not work with this business again and I would not recommend. read more

We have had really good success with VIP limo in the past. Unfortunately this last time we used them, our driver Thomas pulled onto the grass in our front yard instead of the driveway. The sod was ripped up in multiple places. As he was exiting our driveway, he hit a stone pillar which damaged both our pillar and the limo. I'm not sure if he was intoxicated or just couldn't see, either way, I would not feel safe driving with him again. What really disappointed me though, was that I emailed the company multiple times so they would at least acknowledge that their driver had damaged our property, and I received no response. I didn't ask for limo reimbursement, or for payment of the sod, but an apology would have been nice. read more

I had an okay experience with this company, but I'm not sure I would use them again. I reserved a Mercedes Sprinter van for my wedding on 12/31/22 to transport the wedding party from the hotel to the Church. I think it was overpriced - over $400 for a 15-minute drive for 14 people. I also paid for it on July 13 (Dec. event) and a couple weeks before the event they claimed I hadn't paid. I showed them the line item on my bank card statement and sent them the invoice. Not super professional as they should be able to keep track of their own payments and invoices but thank goodness I did or they maybe would have made me pay twice or cancel the reservation. It was on time for the event only because my bridesmaid called the driver to tell them where to go and how to get to us. Otherwise, they said the ride there was smooth. So if you can find another way to transport your bridal party I probably would. read more

We took a two-hour Christmas light tour for our anniversary. Our driver Rick Thiesen was prompt and courteous. He had previously gone out to pick the appropriate route to maximize our viewing pleasure. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and our driver had even turned on the seat warmers to be ready for us. He also showed how to adjust the temperatures in the back (where we were). Even though this light tour was more of a once in a lifetime event for us, I can definitely see using this service for transport to / from the airport / train station, so we will probably use them again at some time in the future. read more

They truly ruined the experience for our daughter's wedding and tried not to be accountable when we complained afterward. Air conditioning was not working for the wedding party bus on a very hot day. The company knew there was an issue because their driver was sweating and miserable and surely reported the problem. But when we called, they initially acted like they were unaware the AC wasn't working. Eventually (after several unreturned calls) we got a meager refund that didn't make up for how miserable our kids were trapped for two hours (enroute to wedding photos) on a bus with the AC malfunctioning. Had they called us, admitted the problem and apologized, we would have accepted the meager refund. We have video proof of people on the bus fanning themselves and asking for the AC to be turned up. Yes, it was a hot day but that's no excuse. The AC in my vehicle worked just fine and VIP's should have too. They owe us an apology and a meaningful refund. Do not use them unless there is a backup vehicle in case they bring you one with no AC. read more

I recently surprised my mom with a limo holiday lights tour through VIP. I had initially set it for 8 people with a car seat. They called me the day of to inform me the 8 passenger sprinter van had some mechanical difficulties so they upgraded for the same price to a 13 passenger. I was able to invite more people which was great. The driver was very professional and went along perfectly with the plan I had laid out. He knew all of the good lights around town too! Unfortunately there was miscommunication and the driver did not bring a limo with seatbelts so my sister in law and nephew didn't get to come along. When I reported this to the company they investigated and gave me a portion of my money back in less than 24 hours. I had a great experience with the customer service and representatives I worked with. I would highly recommend VIP and the lights tour. read more

For a birthday party we selected the H2 Stretch limo. The driver was awesome! However, I was surprised when the limo arrived to pick us up and it was noticeably dirty on the exterior (and it hasn't rained in Omaha in over 2 weeks). I thought the limo would be clean and the tires would be shining --- completely the opposite. The inside was also dirty with finger prints all over the interior windows and the carpet also needed to be vacuumed. We had a lot of trouble using the blue tooth on the stereo to run our play list. The experience was good, but I would have preferred a cleaner vehicle especially with all of the Covid concerns in society today. read more

No reason for not notifying me and did not ask if I wanted another driver. I only found out by looking at my credit card statement. I reserved one of their buses several weeks ago for my wedding. They said that they would call me the week or two before the wedding for confirmation and to finalize all of the details. I never heard from them so, two days before the wedding I called to confirm my reservation. It turns out that they overbooked the bus and that I would not get it. You would think that once they realized their mistake that they would have called me right away. Nope - nothing. They didn't offer an apology or even admit that it was an error on their part. Their response was something along the line of "we didn't mess up. It was an issue with our two reservation systems." Really?!? And to top off their terrible customer service, they refused to give me a discount on any of their other vehicles even though it was their mistake. Their logic was that the replacement option they offered me was "a different [read: much smaller] vehicle and it was already cheaper than the bus so no discount was necessary." Luckily, I was able to find another company with a bus available for my wedding in time - at a much, much cheaper rate too. Terrible customer service. Highest rates around. I highly recommend you go with a different company. read more

As our bridal party boarded the Krystal Limo Bus, there was an overwhelming smell of vomit. We had some of the bridal party get off the bus and ask not to ride it. When we approached the driver, he said it is probably a vacuum smell. The wedding party actually saw vomit in the trashcan in the back. The driver was not over accommodating and quite rude at times. I guess you just expect on your wedding day you would get a clean limo from a well known company servicing the Omaha metro area for years along with staff that tries to make your experience fun. Please read the online reviews for this business before deciding to book with them. You will find a recurring pattern of last second cancellations on clients, and poor customer service. We had a very poor experience in which they cancelled on us just several weeks before a wedding, and were told that they accidentally "double-booked" the date and we were unfortunately out of luck even though we had their bus booked for a year! To make matters worse, we were treated horribly throughout the process, and were told that we were a "piece of work" for daring to be upset that they backed out on us just weeks before the wedding. We were offered no sincere explanation or apology, and the owner seemed to think that cancelling on clients like this was just business as usual. Definitely think twice about booking with them, unless you are okay with a possible last second cancellation. read more
