Five stars for customer service before the event - answered emails in a very timely manner and called with clarifications. Two stars for actual night of service: Driver was very nice but borderline incompetent. He did not seem to understand the location of most of our stops. We had to help type locations into the GPS on his phone so he would get them correct. Despite this he could not locate 3 of our 4 stops without someone from our party literally sitting next to him and telling him where to go. Spent approximately 45 minutes of our night out getting the bus turned around and redirected when he had gone the wrong way even with his GPS. And we were not going to out of the way spots - we are talking bars at 120th and Blondo, 160th and Center, 150th and Pacific and Yutan - a party bus driver should be able to figure this out on his own. And speaking of his GPS - it was him holding his cell phone in his hand the entire time he was driving. No hands free mount, nothing. At one point while driving on the Dodge Expressway at 60+ MPH he dropped his phone and had to pull over on the side of the road to get it out from under his seat. Definitely not safe to do while driving. And then he STILL missed the correct exit off Dodge. I expressed my disappointment via email the night of the event and *crickets* - no response from anyone. My 10 or so emails before the event were all answered within hours - but when it was a complaint about a customer service issue the email goes unanswered. Bottom line - Emerald limousine is not in the business of repeat customers and doesn't care about customer service after they have your money. read more

Today we had a limo reserved for friends wedding and 1 hour after the wedding we are still waiting on them to arrive. Now, we are late to the reception, bride is crying, and we are trying to manage a crisis. After finding an alternative number to reach the company, the owner has answered an responded "we will get there when we get there". I was only able to get this response after calling him 20+ times. Highly recommend that you do not use this company and find any other in Omaha before taking their service. Also, we have paid 50% and now using Uber to get us to the place we need to be for the reception. read more

We rented a 10 person limo for my daughters prom. Beaches of Covid the prom was postponed. They would not give me a refund on credit to rebook for a later time. We rescheduled for the new date. Now the morning of the call & say the 10 person limo is broke but they can bring the 8 person. Then 2 hrs before they are supposed to be here they call to say the 8 person is broke down as well and they will mail me a check. read more

I had Emerald Limousine to pick up a keynote speaker for one of our conferences. The guy was notoriously, picky... to put it very nicely. In fact, he complained about nearly everything in Omaha except these guys. I have used their services several times for personal and professional use, and as far as I can tell, they are about as good as it gets. I recommend these guys all the time! read more

If I had the choice to give 0 stars I would. My mom got a party bus for my sisters 18th birthday last night. Her and her group of friends ended up having to run out of the bus and were stranded on the side of the road for 45 minutes due to the bus catching on fire. Once that was resolved the bus then had a flat tire as they were heading back home. Nothing against the driver as it wasn't his fault but management needs to thoroughly check their buses to ensure they're safe. Since the business is closed, we haven't received word back as far as how we'll be compensated for the inconvenience but a full refund is definitely expected as this is not acceptable. read more

I had reserved the big red bull party bus, but the day of my 40th bday bus party it had a compressor issue so they gave us a free upgrade to the limousine coach. Emerald Limousine saved our wedding day. Just four days prior to the big day, the transportation we had arranged nearly six months earlier informed us that they were unable to deliver. With little confidence and trust in that company's ability to resolve the issue, I desperately reached out to Emerald and worked directly with Ron. He took time out of his morning to rearranged transportation to accommodate our situation. He was such a pleasure to work with. Booking was convenient, their prices are fair, and the limo bus we booked ended out being one of the best parts of our wedding! The limo bus is fully loaded, clean, and an absolute blast! We got married on a scorching day, and the limo bus was perfectly air conditioned from the moment we entered to drop-off. It was stocked with glasses for drinks, a pole (there's always one groomsman in every wedding party who gets excited for this), and had a fantastic sound system. What's unique about the limo bus is it appears exactly as a limo does in the interior, but you have enough room that you don't feel crowded due to the high ceiling (also much easier to get into and out of, especially for a bride!). Every member of our wedding party had a phenomenal time. Ron ended out also being our driver on our wedding day, and truly went above and beyond. He was on time, a pleasure to be around, and did everything in his power to make sure we all had a wonderful time - including rolling out a red carpet. It's funny how things just work out, because I sincerely believe no other transportation company in Omaha could have provided comparable customer service and experience. A groomsman in our wedding who is engaged even asked for their contact information with the hopes of booking Emerald for their wedding! I HIGHLY recommend Emerald to anyone seeking a vehicle provided in their fleet. Thank you again, Ron. They showed up to my house with 42 people outside and the bus broke down. No sorry, no discounts, nothing. It took over two weeks just to get a refund. Worst company ever. read more

Would not recommend this company. I had a party bus scheduled a month in advance for a Saturday night. Come Saturday night, a trolley shows up at the start time that is not the bus I had already paid for. The bus driver told me the other bus broke down and they couldn't get it started so they sent a subpar bus without contacting me and updating me on the situation. Therefore, I had no option of doing anything as I had 30 other people in front of me so I couldn't cancel. The driver also had a check written out for an amount that wasn't even close to the amount to refund me for the difference in price between the bus and trolley. The trolley that showed up didn't have a bathroom, A/C, or built in coolers like the original one purchased, well under my expectations. The bus driver then gave me the owners phone number and I called. He was very argumentative and hard to refund me the money based on the bus rate and inconvenience while I had 30 other people standing in front of me waiting to get on the bus. I was trying to get taken advantage of until I brought up that I knew the difference in the rates between the bus and trolley, which is still not settled. He had excuses about not contacting me before hand which was very unprofessional based on the amount of money I was spending on this bus. The situation was handled very poorly and I was not satisfied with the service provided or customer service. And based on other reviews it seems similar situations have happened before. read more
