They broke sprinkler lines, didn't reconnect my down spout and didn't fill in rock like I was told on my sprinkler junction box. I felt like They just wanted my money and up changed me: then when I had an issue 6 months later with some cracking. The owner basically told me he doesn't have time to even look at it and told me to pound sand. After I payed $13k for the job. Still have about $20-30k worth of concrete to finish and I'll tell you I would definitely not hire them again. I actually had another bid from a different company that came out to look at the issue with the concrete. He didn't charge me and I can tell you that they will get my business next.

His bid was fair and the most reasonable of the three companies I solicited. He charged exactly what he bid, communicated well about when he was coming (seems well-organized), is reliable, hard-working, experienced, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond what we hired him to do, as I was tasked with digging a 14' x 18" trench to bury the electrical conduit for the stub up to the hot tub before the slab could be poured, and Juan simply helped me dig it (he had much better tools for the job). I think Juan's willingness to work hard for the success of his jobs and help with something additional like this is rare and valuable. When the job was complete, Juan thoroughly cleaned up all remnants of gravel, etc... on the road, in the carport, and in the backyard.
