As a party of four, we thoroughly enjoyed each course, the wine and the convivial, unhurried atmosphere .

Nice Taste Crispy duck with puréed potato's and a salad. Yes another salad. Duck was falling off the bone and the skin was very crispy. The red sauce was very tasty and well reduced. Cake light and refreshing strawberry and cream and yellowcake. Overall for a quick stop this was very good. Note that a group of about 25 people arrive at one point so this my be a tour stop and so waits might be long but we got there first. Also free street parking and in the lot across the street. But hard to find a spot.

Was a bit surprised because it looked more like a bar from outside, especially with the TV. Got the Menu, had fish. My partner had a great Entrecote. Both cooked perfectly with lots of flavor and lots of nice flavorful stuff on the side. The Entree was really good! The cheese place could have been better (only two types, one old and hard and one soft) and the cake dessert thing was a bit too sweet. I thought the slices of butter in thin triangle shapes were actually cheese on the cheese plate. Took a bite and had to spit it out! Ew. All in all a great restaurant. We went to the winery two days later looking for the wine and they only had 2014--was not as great. Made us even happier we ate there. Just hope I can hold the bottles we bought for two years.

We found the service to be quite attentive, and there's plenty of bread with a compressed herb butter. Offering cocktails and aperitifs, there's an interesting local wine list too. We enjoyed the amuse bouche, and our main dishes were quite nice, but I found my scallops a bit underwhelming. The baba au rhum for dessert was a winner.

The cook on the sole was very good and it was deliciously buttery, but I don't think it met the expectations of its price. The Mediterranean bluefin tuna came with roasted eggplant, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, 'virgin' sauce (olive oil, lemon juice, tomato, basil), pine nuts, and fresh herbs. The eggplant was too salty, there was a stem of an eggplant in the dish, and there was not enough seasoning on the tuna. The tomato 'relish' from the virgin sauce was a nice touch. However, it also looked like an overstacked mess and it ate kind of confused too - it grew on me and then lost me. The tuna was slightly pink, a small portion, and overcooked. Rum baba for dessert was what it is - rum baba. Finished meal with a couple of macaroons. 3.5 rounded up - barely.

Worst dining experience in France. This place was…read morerecommended to us by our hotel. Guess they recommend it to everyone and they get lots of tourist business. We directly got an English card because our French wasn't perfect. Was not very well translated to we weren't sure what they meant with the dishes. We were too lazy to ask for the french card. Service was OK, but we spent 20 Euro on a bottle of wine that was not that great. Then went to a bar the next night where they were selling the same bottle for 11 Euro. We had to ask for water, they didn't bring it directly. And then they asked if we wanted gas or not. Even when we had said, caraffe d´eau, they clearly were trying to take advantage of us. But we were waiting for the food. If it was good, then it'd be OK. First dish came. My partner got deep fried 'duck' rolls with a huge layer of cinnamon. That was it. And I got a soup, which tasted like water with a bit of creme and a few cubes of bread that had been rubbed with garlic. It was extremely hot and did not cool for at least 15 minutes. The entrees were bad, but still, we waited for the main course. I could see the kitchen--they were removing plastic wrap from the dishes and then putting lids on them before serving. When we got the food my worst fears had been met. The food was internally so hot, the hot you only get when you put something in the microwave. My dish was 3/4 (not fresh) mashed potatoes and a little fatty duck. My partners was the microwaved 'moroccan' dish with again, no flavor. The waiter made a big show of smelling the delicious dish as he opened the (cold) top of the moroccan dish. We cancelled our dessert and paid and left. Still paid 60 Euro. We both had bad stomachs that night. In the end, we were just shocked that in France one could eat so bad.
