How do you send love to a chef? I wonder if he has any clue how happy he has made me. Food is delicious and exquisite and the price is very good. I would expect to pay double for this quality.
For dinner and lunch (I had to eat here twice in one trip) there are four offerings of main plates and the only problem is deciding between them. At dinner there were options for deer, sea bass, steak, wild boar. All delicious as we shared. I really liked my appetizer of black pudding and savory spices in a philo crust. Dessert was incredible too. 5 options all tremendously good. I really like the baked strawberry soup served with pistachio ice cream while my partners in dining chowed down on cakes and tarts.
For lunch there were amazing options. Again hard to decide but I wanted rabbit since I've never eaten it. It tasted amazing. OH MY GOD for dessert I got the chocolate ice cream with chocolate fudge and whipped cream all homemade. OH MY GOD. Too good. This dessert shut me up I was in heaven and speechless. So decadent.
To order they bring over a chalk board to your table and let you read and decide. The Chef was nice enough to translate to English. He even let me know what the sauces and herbs were. His eloquent description of the menu was a nice touch to my overall dining experience which left me warm and content.
Also this is a very local place. Very exquisite old school nice place. Would make for a great date even if you age just by yourself. There is even a nice bar you can sit at to eat. read more
