Awesome. They have a…read morevery short menu (2 starters / 2 mains / 2 desserts + cheese platter) with excellent value for money (€32 for a 3-course menu). The menu changes every 2 weeks. My boyfriend and I tried everything except the cheese, and there was not a single disappointment. Everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and many of the dishes are not classic - I still remember a clementine cannoli with fennel granita, which is one of the best dessert I've ever had. Go there if you visit Chablis - this restaurant is truly impressive.
