Took my niece here for a trial and she loved it. Teacher Auntie Dana and owner Guy were so welcoming and made us feel like family. My niece was so happy and is so excited for her next class. Thank you Le Polynesia!

From the very first day, she felt welcomed, and the positive, supportive environment quickly became a safe place for her to grow. Over time, I watched her truly come out of her shell. She became more confident, expressive, and comfortable speaking in front of others. What started as a way to help her socially turned into a genuine passion--she even took on lead roles in her school play and amazed us with her talent. The instructors are incredibly encouraging and knowledgeable, and Brianne has created something really special--an organized, professional program that still feels warm and like a family. This experience has meant so much to our family. Acting class is now the highlight of her week, and I'm so grateful to Performers Academy for helping her find her confidence and passion. I highly recommend it to any parent looking to support their child's growth and self-confidence.

After seeing an ad in FB I reached out to take a trial class. I spoke with Janell who was very…read morepushy. I was hesitant about giving my money at that time because I was going out of town and wasn't sure when I would be able to take the intro class. Upon returning from my trip I got Covid. I received an email from Janell that my trial week had ended. Of course I was upset because I hadn't taken a class yet. She said: "SDC trials are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Your original trial was scheduled for 3/29. While we typically don't offer transfers, we made a one-time accommodation to shift your start date to 4/15, per your request. We reserved your spaces in classes throughout these two weeks, which closed the spots to other interested dancers. It sounds like our program may not be a great fit for what you're looking for in dance. We wish you all the best in your journey and if in the future you're interested in committing to 12 month program, please reach back out!" This place is a scam.

Its not just about choreography, its about building the muscles, the posture, the rhythm, the technique. It's a great place to actually learn. I see Janell's vision for her studio and it's perfectly curated to create this beautiful community I'm so glad to be a part of today. I was an absolute beginner when I started a few month ago, and I always felt so encouraged, and never judged. I can see how much I improved already after a few months. I can only recommend that you join this wonderful community of dancers at Spectrum Dance Center ! Also I love that we have so many performances, and amazing choreography to learn every class, it gives a reason to come back every week and have something to look forward to ! Thank you Janell

I enjoyed Echo way more than I thought I was going to. I had read mixed reviews about the theme of…read morethis show, but ended up loving the music- especially with all the string accompaniment. I put this behind Auana and Luzio, somewhere around Mystere, and before Love. For reference, I didn't particularly like O or Ka. We sat a bit off to the side in section 203, K 1 and 2. Our view was partially obstructed by the structure because quite a bit of the show performed to the center. Photos were allowed, but alas, bad seats. Recommend sitting on the upper portion so you don't miss the clowns careening through the walkways. The clowns were hilarious, and not kitschy at all. I always looked forward to their shenanigans even though all they were doing was stacking boxes. The bit on balancing the boxes on the clown's head before lights out was brilliant. There was a separate scene with a cube of poop that was also a right laugh. My favorite acts were the banquine acro for their dance jig and the bungee straps for the music; I always love watching icarian games, aerial poles, juggling, and teeterboard. There was a 25minute intermission, which my honey said was too long. Not long enough for the people who came back late in our row though. At intermission I made a beeline to the restrooms, which were the portable kind but very clean and smelled so nice. When I came out (speedily) there were long queues for each restroom section. Parking, as always, is great at the Laguna Hills mall. We parked further away to make a quick getaway, so we didn't have to be like the folks who harried off at the applause. Great show. Would watch again!

There were some performances out of the ordinary which made it fresh. As always, the performers were at the top of their game. They're all incredible. I was amazed at the speed in the Icarian Games act. I had to look that up, in layman's terms I searched "act with the man on his back spinning the guy super fast". lol
