The savory crepes are made from buckwheat flour. My two girlfriends had the Normandy crepes (made with Camembert cheese) and I had the one with goat cheese with apple jam. It was amazing. We highly recommend the dry cider with the crepes. We finished our meal with sweet crepes. I had the chocolate, almond and pear crepe. It was delicious. One friend had the toffee crepe; it may have been the best of the three sweet crepes. Our other friend had the strawberry and chocolate. It was delicious also but my least favorite of the three sweet ones. Highly recommend this place. Worth the wait and crowded conditions. Excellent service too!

The server talked me in to the Mille-feuille, which was "voted the best dessert in Paris," who am I to say no? Verdict: best cocktails I had in Paris (we come back on our last day) and the mille-feuille was fabulous. Best dessert in Paris? No, but absolutely worth ordering because it was delicious!

During the day time, it's a great place to see many historical sights of Paris from the rooftop. In the summer I went there again. Many European countries aren't prepared for the recent years' extreme heat waves. Thus, many places either have no air conditioning, don't turn it on, or set the temperature at high 23c/75F+. This includes 5-star hotels like Le Cheval Blanc, where Le Tout-Paris is located. It was scorching inside. The food also took a dive.
