After an initial bumpy first impression shortly after opening, I can say with confidence after like twenty visits that this café is pretty awesome. The place grows on you with time because it's classiness and quality is so subtle. The redesign of the original neighborhood bistro was so perfectly done. The light just pours in and the space always seems so airy and minimalist even when it's bustling with its uber hipster clientele. What I love most about this place is that everything is delicious. The coffee is stellar, especially the filer coffee, the quinoa salad is divine, the ham and butter baguette is the best I've ever had in my life. You can tell that a lot of attention has gone into serving the best possible version of the limited items on the menu. The owner, one of the brothers behind La Belleville brulerie, explained that they have a special water filter in the basement that is used to make the coffee smooth and fragrant. And while I would typically fault them for not having free WIFI I work around it by using my own phone as a hotspot and actually enjoy that I'm the only one working on a computer here.

You know what - when I come to Paris this is exactly the sort of place I want to be spending my time in, there's just no room to spend it in half arsed Parisian coffee shops and food houses when places as authentic as this place exist. J'adore the Parisian high window aesthetics which are perfect for people watching which can sometimes become too distracting (although ultimately entertaining due to chic fashion, small cute dogs and potential bicycle over handlebar incidents due to the crazy roads) We didn't have time for food on this occasion but the coffee was purely excellent. The staff also were a delight and the overall ambience excellent. This place wins on all levels!

This place was so cute. Huge plus that everyone we interacted with spoke English. Service was fantastic. The coffee was great. We ordered the ham and butter sandwiches and holy smokes... best ham I've ever had in my life!

Nina's a small quaint shop, probably had seating for 4 - 6 different parties at one time. But the shop is so cute with some of Marie Antoinette memorabilia! They have plenty of assortment of teas, candies, soaps and more to bring home! We ordered 2 orders of the Marie Antoinette tea and cake special. Get the cake!! The cake is delicious , omg, never had anything quite like it! The icing was amazing! And even though I'm not a real big tea drinker, this tea is the best I've ever had. This is Marie Antoinette's favorite tea recipe, consists of black tea, rose petals and apple! Yummers! Fortunately for us who doesn't live in Paris, we can order this tea online! The sweetest lady served us and she was so nice to us. Merci beaucoup! What a great experience!

It contained pastrami, onion crunchies, avocado among other things. You pick your bagel, but I think the right choice is the Everything Bagel. You order at counter and either find one f the few small tables or else take it with you. I think carryout is a majority of their business. It's a cozy place and the line fill a majority of the free space.

I came here before a meeting while I was travelling and decided to visit because it was recommended by the hotel staff. The place did not disappoint. The decor walking in, I felt like I was in a fairytale or a castle. I ordered a coffee, which came in a very pretty coffee cut. I'm a big visual eater so I love fancy glassware. The food, I ordered a croque monsieur. The dish was SO BEAUTIFUL. The ham and cheese were rolled up in a bread and it was twisted together like a roll. Then, the egg was light and fluffy, cooked in the shape of a dome. The dish looked like a piece of art. It reminded me of Moscow cathedrals, with the eggs acting as domes and the main tower body made up of the croque monsieur. There was also a a side salad, which was served in a very pretty Russian dish. I loved the decor and the creativity of the food-it's the perfect fusion of French food with a Russian twist. I will definitely be back.

It's not often that your unplanned second choice for you and seven friends works out, but in this case it did. The food was delicious and came out fairly quickly (I had a sweet potato duck parmentier) and the interior is spacious and beautifully designed. I went on our last day before our 2nd lockdown here in France and hope that they can make it so I can come back and enjoy it again when we are once again permitted to live our lives without governmental interference.

So when I walked by this new cafe with high ceilings, love seats, zinc bar and lots, and lots of empty seats I headed straight in and asked the million dollar question: do you have wifi? The answer was a resounding yes from the super sweet staff and so I settled in, sorted out my cables, notebook and laptop and got quickly to work. I was so concentrated that the hours flew by and it was just a little pang in my tummy that told me it was lunchtime. Since the cafe just recently opened there were only three options to choose from and I went for the plate of the day at 10e consisting of veggie soup, small salmon tartare and salad and strangely, a handful of Tyrelll's veggie chips, which I love but don't quite constitute restaurant fare. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that they'll soon come up with a more lively menu with dishes comprised of all cooked foods instead of industrial place holders. But overall a really lovely place with very sweet owners.
