It was chilly outside so we ate indoors, in a cute little "cave" area. The service was friendly, but they spoke minimal English. We had the lunch special for 18€. It comes with 2 kabob skewers with 3 sides, and dessert. We picked one chicken and one lamb skewer, which were excellent. The chicken was arguably the best chicken kabob I've had. It was breast meat that was juicy and tender. The baklava was tasty.

There were many options including 3-5 course selections, but we opted for four separate side dishes to share. The owner offers personal attention during our entire visit and was very accommodating I have not had Lebanese beer, but it was very goos and he served it very cold. Overall our visit was outstanding ASN ended with a glass of mint tea. I highly recommend this restaurant and would easily return on our next stay. Enjoy!

We had to order a second helping of falafel al a carte (includes 5 extra falafel balls) which was then enough for us to feel oh so good. The fixed menu includes hommos, baba ganoush, tabouli, samboussik jebne (which is like a little samosa with cheese inside), fatayer (another samosa type with spinach inside), rakakat jebne (melted cheese inside Lebanese bread), falafel, and mjadara (potatoes and lentils). There was also a rice dish listed, but we didn't get that. You also get an ample side of pita bread! It's a lot of food and it's all perfectly prepared. At the end of the meal they brought us a couple sweet desserts, one corn based doused in honey, and the other a cream-pistachio topped sweet bread. And! A delicious serving of Moroccan mint tea. Not only will you find the best vegan and vegetarian meals here, you will find some of the best seafood in all of Provence!* During our four nights in Cassis, we ate dinner here four times. It was that good. First off, the menu is humongous, the wine list is endless, and the hosts are the best. The environment is great too as each one of the different areas gives you a different experience. Inside you'll have the AC, but lack of people watching, on the right side you'll be in a more secluded spot in a more narrow street. On the other side, you'll have plenty of people to watch, and cats to pet as they roam in front of their owners house. Anyway, the food was a blast. Having authentic mediterranean/lebanese food was fantastic. The hummus was beyond delicious. If my wife would let me, I would have licked the bowl clean. They also had home made baklava, which was succulent. The wines were mostly from the Cassis region, and paired well with my vegan meal and my wife's pascatarian dishes. On top of it, they had fruit rums (four kinds!!) that the hosts would give out during the desert. Bottomless and delicious, these drinks sealed the night with the aforementioned baklava. I wish every city in Provence had as amazing food as D'une Rive a l'autre had! *A claim by my wife. I cannot confirm this statement with my own taste buds.

The food was so amazing and so refined! The waitress was so nice and attentive (not always the case in France!) We were just visiting Cassis--but, if I lived there-I would definitely be a regular there!
