I was running…read moreabout 10 mins late for my appointment and contacted the studio several times (hours beforehand) in attempt to reschedule or accommodate due to a last min change on my end. After going back and forth for several hours, they rescheduled an appointment on my behalf without confirming, before the time that I stated I was able to make it and STILL CHARGED ME FULL PRICE FOR A SERVICE THAT I NEVER RECEIVED. I have contacted my bank to be issued a refund. In addition, the fall out was much worse than any ever studio I have ever been to. I was even charged less for a fill on occasion due to needing to come back after less than 2 weeks. Incredibly frustrating, and HIGHLY disappointing experience. Well below what should be quality. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
