Out of the nine appointments I have booked, four have been moved or rescheduled on the day of the appointment. One appointment was rescheduled twice, and another was rescheduled three separate times. The reasons given have included a flat tire, a migraine, and oversleeping. My most recent experience was especially disappointing. I intentionally booked the appointment less than 24 hours in advance, thinking that since the appointment had to be confirmed, there would be a better chance it would be honored as scheduled. Nikki confirmed the appointment at 4:00 PM the day before, but then contacted me the morning of the appointment asking to move it to a different time. Looking back, it seems that morning appointments were the ones most frequently canceled or rescheduled. While I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen, the repeated pattern of same-day schedule changes over multiple years has made it difficult to rely on appointments and plan my own schedule. The quality of the eyebrow waxing service itself has been good, but professionalism also includes respecting clients' time and maintaining reliable scheduling. Unfortunately, the frequent last-minute changes have left me frustrated and unable to confidently book future appointments.

She really cares about doing a good job and making each set of lashes look as amazing as possible. She did one of the best sets of lashes me that I've ever had done, they complement me very well. I told Fria that I got a natural set of lashes (every other lash had an extension) and that I wanted a fuller look. After explaining to her what I wanted, she knew exactly what would fit the built of my lashes. I am so happy how they turned out!!! I was a bit anxious about the adhesive because I had a pretty bad tearing reaction when I got them done in San Francisco. But the adhesive that Fria uses gave me no tearing or sensitivity at all!! Even though I just got my lash extensions done in San Francisco, Fria informed me that most of my lash extensions were grown out and sparse. So she had to remove some of them and it was completely painless! Here is a list to why I gave this place five stars -easy to make an appointment - reasonable prices (also the $119 promotion for any type of lash extensions is a great deal) - the adhesive does not harm or irritate my sensitive eyes - Fria is very quick and gentle on my lashes - clean place - they use faux mink lash extensions that feel so light and comfortable (doesn't even feel like I have them on) - the protection pads they use for my under eyes during application peeled off very easily after I was finished with my session. - My lashes look so natural, full, and are exactly what I wanted. - they tell you what kind of adhesive they use (cyanoacrylate). Unlike the lash extension place in San Francisco who told me they don't give out the name or ingredients used in their adhesive. It has been about 10 minutes since my application and so far I feel no sensitivity. My lashes feel as light as a feather. As opposed to my first set of lashes, which gave me immediate discomfort and a "dry-eye" feeling. If you are ever in San Francisco, don't go to LASH LAb despite their reviews. The Pretty Box gives you the lash extension experience that you should have. No discomfort, lashes that suit your eye shape and lash built, and quick application ( it didn't even take an hour for my full set of lashes). Thank you Fria! Quite the deal! Alyssa is the most affordable eyelash extension place I've seen thus far in San Diego and per quality is above any other salon I've tried. UPDATE in response to the owner: You obviously did not look at the photos I uploaded. I am not referring to the natural length of my lashes. The photos show that the lashes on my right eye are bent, overly curled and over-processed My concern is the condition of the lashes after the service. As for contacting you first, I'm not sure what could have been done to safely correct already over-permed lashes without risking further damage. You're blaming the victim here, whixh is not a good look . take accountability and learn from your mistakes.
