The accompanying rice and pasta salad were good. Portion size is not huge on the meat but as a meal it's adequate and very decent for the price. The place looked family run and the staff was very friendly in explaining what was what to us tourists. At $8-10 after tax per Styrofoam meal including a can of pop, I'd come back to try some of their other items if I passed by again.

As I walk in, the nice lady behind the counter welcomed me very friendly and after knowing that it was my first time in a Haitian restaurant, she recommended the Griot plate. I ordered it for take out, there's no dining in, so everything is take out. After I sat down, I started eating this delicious plate...what a delicacy...everything was done perfectly. The Griot was fried but not too crispy, it was tender and juicy on the inside, perfect to be douzed with the sauce that come on the side.
