The dessert pear Belle Hélène was a nice conclusion of the dinner. The three course dinner came at around 40€, water and a glass of wine included. We had the best oyster of our lives, and one of the amuse bouche dishes was repeated (I was not sad about this). Bread is offered liberally -- take it! That will be the most filling part of your meal. Note the frequent refills of water at $11/bottle. All of the dishes were sensational and complex, and if you are a seeker of Michelin star restaurants, then this is a do not miss based on many factors, including the hotel being a place where Napoleon visited. Just know that you will not be gorging yourself on this meal.

Atmosphere is nice with ideal tables out on the balcony, and additional tables in the square with glimpses of the river. Some live music for those on the square. It had soggy frozen vegetables as a side and a cordon bleu that seemed mass produced, what an embarrassment especially at 46 CHF!
