We had the best oyster of our lives, and one of the amuse bouche dishes was repeated (I was not sad about this). Bread is offered liberally -- take it! That will be the most filling part of your meal. Note the frequent refills of water at $11/bottle. All of the dishes were sensational and complex, and if you are a seeker of Michelin star restaurants, then this is a do not miss based on many factors, including the hotel being a place where Napoleon visited.
