A kitchen lovers paradise. Tons of options from utensils to all forms of baking and kitchen…read moreappliances etc. Love looking for the odd interesting item here and have shopped here many times. It has lots of nooks and crannies to look through and find some interesting items for your kitchen. Love it here and come back every time I am in town.

This place tried to charge me 7 euro for the most boring of door stops. And they almost got away…read morewith it. I walked into this shop hoping to buy a nice tea cosy, the place is jammers with cool stuff. Things like chopping boards that fold up for easy scooping into a pot, and spatulas with a bump to keep the spatula head off the kitchen table and thus keeping the table clean. These are really good ideas, and you look at the prices and think that they're expensive, but maybe they're good value... Anyway, after a few hours of unsuccessful search, I pull a member of their staff away from her Facebook to ask where Tea Cosies can be found. They have a lot of tea cosies, it has to be said, I spent a good 20 minutes deciding between the cosy shaped like a hen or the bottom up design for €20 In the end, function over fashion, the bottom up design won (see photo). I then remembered I needed a doorstop for the house. I found a bucket'o'doorstops and picked one up, no excitement needed here! At the checkout my bill came to €27, which was €7 for the doorstop. I was like "ok, that's fair", compared to this €20 tea cosy, that seems like the going rate. But thankfully I managed to cop myself on to this absolute ripoff. They are actually trying to charge me €7 for a piece of plastic which does nowt but use friction to resist the door's gravity... So I just went to Dunnes and got one for €0.50 instead!. Anyway, this story only justifies a 2 star location, but they go down to a 1 star shop in my opinion because of their TERRIBLE hours. Stock closes at 5:30, and is closed all Sunday. Suddenly I understand why their prices have to be so high.

A supermarket inside a mall? Better believe it…read more Tesco is a fully-featured supermarket that also sells an array of things like clothing, phones and TVs. Grocery prices seem reasonable for a commercial supermarket. The wife and I spent 20 euros on enough milk, juice, cereal, fruits and veggies to last a couple days. Not bad considering the two of us spent more than that on just one meal when eating out. Tesco carries globally-known brands, Irish brands, as well as certain things under their own label. The price difference between the store brand and other brands is often significant. There are self-checkout machines as well as traditional cashiers. Either one you choose, you are responsible for bagging your own groceries. Disposable bags are not provided, so bring your own bags or buy a reusable one here. The only thing I thought was weird was how after I had paid for my groceries and my receipt was printing, the cashier demanded to see my card and ID, saying I need to prove that this is my card. Do they treat everybody this way, or did the guy think there was something suspicious about two Asian people with American accents? I mean if I was trying to commit credit card fraud at a supermarket, I'd at least use the self-checkout machine.

Tesco is quite an empire at this stage with its ambitious little fingers reaching into every pie…read moreincluding groceries, clothing, credit cards, phones and insurance. However far they stretch, I still think the majority of us most readily associate Tesco with food shopping. There seems to be a Tesco around almost every corner in Ireland and this includes Dublin's Jervis Street. As Heather says, the prices are reasonable. The selection is also decent but you won't find anything too outlandish. It would be nice to see bigger fair trade, natural and organic selections in a supermarket that has so much pull. The 'finest' selection is that bit more gourmet and verges on M&S-style luxury food. Tesco stocks a good selection of ready-made food for the weary and the busy. Tesco claims to support Irish producers and I wouldn't dare to suggest any different but I know some mightily disgruntled Irish farmers who would.

Complete cowboys, stay well clear. Like previous review,…read morevery nice at the start until they get your money. They half fitted a kitchen for me, they messed up on the order and left me with a kitchen in two different colors. Handles and doors missing, chips on panels and doors, appliances not fitted correctly, tap not secured, worktop not sealed. A disaster from the very beginning with a salesman trying to close a sale with me on Sunday night drunk in a beer garden. Gave me the wrong worktop too. I have had three different fitters out and three months on it's still not right. Very unprofessional, they know what they are doing!!!

This project has been delayed multiple times due to a combination of poor communications and incorrect measurement. We havent been able to cook properly for nearly 2 weeks Not to mention there is a lot of waste left in the garden, some heavy wooden panels were simply left on our stairs unprotected, what happena should they fall upon us and cause harm?! I give them the 50%deposit at 28/02/2019, and pay other 40% at 17/04/2019 like they ask for.the work should start at 18/04/2019 But they didn't came for work in time and in the afternoon some came remove the old kitchen. Then interesting things are coming.they told me because they didn't have the new kitchen right now so they can not finish the job tomorrow and because Easter coming they need change to 23/04/2019 .Ok, I accepted it. But I don't understand why there is such a thing after repeatedly stressing that they can collect money the day before they start working. The problem is that they took the money but didn't start working on time and put the start time ahead of the long Easter weekend, which means my family need to live 5 days without a kitchen. This is just the beginning of the problem They came on April 23 and then the next day I thought the size of the cabinet is wrong. The door opening direction of the cabinet door is wrong, the door can not be opened. With my consent, they saws off some shelf under the windows. Then they modified the cabinet size on site but the door need to order again. At the end of the second day They told me that there is only a little work left so they will finish the rest of the work together next time,if the door not ready tomorrow they will let the company give me a call. There is a lot of waste left in the garden, some heavy wooden panels were simply left on our stairs unprotected,Can you imagine how dangerous it would be if a 3-year-old boy ran around in the house? Then they didn't show up again all week.I also hope that they may come next Monday. I contacted this company on Monday. They said that door should order and they don't know how long does it take. I propose to finish the rest of the work first.I can even install it myself when new doors come. Yesterday, at my strong request, they promised that someone would install it at 2 pm.At 2:35, the worker called me and said that the car was broken. They can't come today. Ok, such an emergency should be considered accidental.I told the company, please be sure to install it tomorrow. I got a call this morning. They said that the car was not repaired and it is not coming today. I was a little angry at this time.Is there only 2 installers and one car for the entire company? I don't know when they are ready to finish the work, but if the big board on the stairs is drop down and someone is hurt, I think this should be their problem. I can only wait patiently Here, please take a look at their remaining unfinished work: 1、The outside board of 2 new cabinets and the door(need order) 2、 the worktop of 1 cabinet 3、the worktop for the half-wall 4、the board under the cabinets 5、outside cove of some old cabinets. 6、1 cabinet door 7、The board up to the ceiling 8、The Range hood!! I am extremely disappointed because I don't feel like a valued customer here.I hate to make a fuss, but I feel it's necessary to draw this to everyone attention. This unpleasant experience is full of changes over and over again. They asked the customers what I did on time, but they failed to fulfill their services again and again for various reasons. I hope that my experience will not happen to you.
