I ordered a "Chinese" beef and broccoli pad sew noodle dish. The dish was done exactly the way I like it. It wasn't too wet and it had the perfect amount of sauce and seasoning. Each dish is made in front of your eyes and you can order it mild, medium, hot or extra hot. I find a bit humorous is that extra-hot to my taste buds is akin to a medium in many other restaurants (in Thailand it would be a mild-plus). "Spice heat" is a relative scale! On this meal I ordered a red curry chicken. This comes with rice and is a good sized meal for lunch and maybe a smaller amount for dinner. You can make it a combo with an Imperial roll, spring roll, soup or dumplings. Of course a Fast food Asian must have the ubiquitos General Tao's chicken (a Quebec cult classic). Menu items are limited but with each selection you can choose chicken, beef, shrimp or vegetables. You can usually get out of here for a meal with drink for sub $13-14 tax in.
