Delphiniums were recommended as a good replacement, and if irises were found, they would be added to the bouquet. A beautiful pastel spring bouquet palette would be used to go with the Delphiniums. I needed a next-day delivery and that was no problem. Everything was handled over the phone and receipts and order information was emailed to me directly after the phone call. The gentleman helping me on the phone asked what time l'd like everything to be delivered and recommended morning because of the triple-digit heat wave occurring in Glendora currently. I was grateful for the information and chose an early morning delivery because of the heat. I was updated by email when the bouquet was en route, when it had been delivered and for follow-up questions/issues. I was impressed by the amount of information I was provided throughout. I was also asked what my spending and price point was on the phone and I let them know it was between 100 and $150. The total with tax and everything turned out to be under $130 for the medium florist's choice bouquet. I feel I really got my value for the price that I paid. And now finally, for what really matters - what did my family member think of the bouquet? She absolutely loved it and said it was the most beautiful bouquet she's gotten in her whole life. The bouquet is nicer, still no dusty miller even though I stressed how important that was to me to the guy from 1800 flowers, I just think they shouldn't take orders if they can't fully deliver on the expectation here. The colors or the carnations are different now too. The bouquet is really well put together and had I not known a difference and received this originally I would've never mentioned a word to anyone. Appreciate the effort put in here and like I said this new arrangement is much nicer, but after all the run around I'm left feeling let down. Original Post: First. The wrong bouquet was delivered to me, completely wrong address, so there went the surprise. I had to call and double check with my husband that he ordered me flowers and then call the flower shop to ask when my flowers would be delivered. They came later and didn't look like the kind of arrangement my husband normally sends me. I took a picture and sent it to him saying I finally got them and he said "That doesn't look like what I ordered you" and sent me the link to what he ordered. Looks like they replaced the beautiful big purple flowers with a similar but different flower and only put two of them, the colors also being switched out from lavender to purple and white. Absolutely NO dusty miller, which is a staple in arrangements that my husband sends me because it played a HUGE part in our wedding, instead was replaced with lots of little green filler. The lavender flowers have been replaced by little red beads. As for the roses there were only 3, and I can count 5 in the advertised photo. This bouquet is terrible, and has literally been laughed at by 3 of my coworkers who have seen it when I showed them the comparison. I called in to talk to someone but was told that the order was placed through 1800 flowers so I have to go through them. Fair enough, but YOU Conroy's were the one that failed to deliver on expectation, I honestly don't even see that effort was put into this arrangement at all. I have now been on the phone with 1800 flowers for the past 40 minutes trying to resolve this issue and get either a refund or flowers delivered from somewhere other than Conroy's. Sorry for being so upset and a little dramatic, but this was supposed to be a lovely Valentine's day surprise from my husband and you really let us down.

Looked like they just grabbed flowered and put them in a vase. I called hoping this isn't what they sent. And there response was if you didn't like it we can go pick up the flowers and reimburse you. I told them how is that possible this person just lost a loved one and didn't think that was the correct thing to do. I paid 127.21 to be mortally embarrassed at such a devastating time. Save your self the embarrassment and go somewhere else.
