The 50-day dry-aged beef was totally a disaster because they were tough, tasteless, burned (overcooked) with hard tendon, and was served without any sauces. We wonder why a butcher like him has not learned how to work (and behave well) at a restaurant and serve people with good beef. I and my family felt very disappointed about his rude and terrible quality of beef. I don't want others feel like us.
