Unfortunately I did not have good luck here. I had a couple cuts I didn't like and appreciated how accommodating everyone at the salon was to fix/adjust so I tried to stay loyal but this last haircut was worse... stylist cut off more than double what he showed me he was going to cut in the consultation. For me, it was uncomfortably short, shape not ideal and back was uneven... I have to thank all the staff for always being very nice, professional and considerate. This salon was just clearly not a match for me. I am very sorry to have to leave a negative review, I just hope it helps the salon to improve going forward for future guests. Hopefully my case of a few bad cuts happens to be a fluke because I think this salon has a lot to offer and I'm sure has many satisfied guests! I wish them all the best. **Update, a couple days later, I was able to get the cut fixed at another salon and am quite more comfortable now. Sometimes, it may be just about finding the right match :)

Obsessed with my color by Kim and Cut & style by Gia!! So worth it. Enjoyed my time in the coolest salon. Got the Sun kissed look, ready for summer in Palm Beach...

The Decoration is amazing! The hair stylists do a good job, The Colorist Chrissy, did the worst job ever. She Over processed my hair and then to cover up, put a hair repair treatment which was charged to my bill without my knowledge. I would not mind paying for a service or product that I requested or at least offer the product to client to make client aware of an additional charge. She did not do what I came in for. She did what she wanted and just ruined my hair! Thank God, Sonia A a Top Senior Colorist was able to fix her mess. If a Colorist cannot do what the client wants, be Honest and say I can't, That is not my expertise, but do not damage someone's hair just to have an extra client. This is so unprofessional.

My therapist today was Laura, and she was incredible! Her strength was absolutely surprising, and she had an incredible rhythm that can put you to sleep. She was very thorough and explained the service I had chosen, she made sure to check in with how I was feeling, and then allowed me to truly disconnect and just enjoy the treatment. After my massage, I took advantage of the steam room and the showers. As expected, they provided anything you could ever need, from hair ties, to shaving and dental kits. It was an incredible way to spend my morning and after 4 hrs of being spoiled, I wished I had reserved a room there for the day so I could enjoy my time there even more.

The facilities are small but deliver. The steam room is super hot and large, although when I was there, only one person at a time was supposed to be in it due to Covid. Lucky for me, not a ton of people spend Christmas at a spa, so most of the time I was there, I had the steam room to myself. The whirlpool was way too tepid for my taste...heat it up! The showers were large and had some nice smelling shampoo, conditioner and soap. Although the soap was rather minty and irritated my sensitive skin a bit. The lounge area, both coed and women's were fully stocked with some of the tastiest snacks, tea and infused water. The massage room itself had this amazing blue lighting. It really made the massage extra relaxing. And the hydraulic table made lying on my back extra comfortable. It was able to conform to my body perfectly. My therapist was incredible! I have had more massages than I can count. Over 100, all over the world. Santa was must have thought I was very good this year, because the massage I received at Four Seasons Palm Beach was the best I've ever had. I don't say that lightly! Thank you Rosie! (I'm reluctant to give your name, you might get all booked up when I need you! Lol) She started the intake telling me what deep tissue was. Being that I'm a self-proclaimed massage officinodo and a massage therapist myself, I piped up exactly what I was looking for. Rosie was very professional and utilized her five-star training to allow me to express my needs and wants. She totally got that I wasn't new to this. And the best part, she delivered. I asked for a deep circulatory massage without a ton of elbows and trigger point work and she gave me this amazing, deep, full body massage extravaganza! It was only 50 mins but it felt like 2 hours! It was a massage that was smart and logical and every stroke made sense. The spa attendees were very gracious and present enough to be there when you needed, but not overbearing making you feel like you were getting in the way of their work. The spa boutique had lots of great skincare lines and some really pretty jewelry and candles/diffusers. And the front desk personal were very sweet and welcoming. Just walking through Four Seasons is relaxing. It's such a pretty hotel. And the complimentary valet parking was icing on the cake! What a great Christmas! Thank you!

As soon as you check in, you are then guided to a small fountain pool where you are given a candle (yours to keep when you leave) in which you set an intention for your spa stay, make your wish and then place it in the water to float. I thought this was such a beautiful idea to begin with. I was given a glass of champagne as well. I was guided to a locker where I got my robe and slides to keep. You can set your combination to lock it so your belongings are safe. There is a beauty area with blow dryers, hair ties, Q-tips and other female products are available upon request. Showers are also present. The steam and sauna rooms were incredible. My favorite part was the heated jacuzzi pool with the overhead waterfall that comes rushing down into the jacuzzi. It was activated by a button that you can press on the outside. It was clothing optional in this area. The outdoor spa area is an oasis of beauty. It was raining a bit on the day I came, but they have silver hanging chairs with water beneath your feet, cabanas and waterfalls. It's blissfully calming. I've never experienced anything like it! The treatment waiting area had snacks, tea and water. My massage was tailored to me specifically. I added a foot and hand paraffin treatment. It was extremely relaxing. The hydrafacial was also fantastic. My skin felt so refreshed afterwards. I stayed using the amenities until they closed at 6pm that day. Had an absolutely phenomenal experience and will absolutely return!!!

That said, it's honestly shocking that a resort of this caliber still does not have a working gym. This was really unfortunate, especially since I was traveling with kids and couldn't easily leave the property to take advantage of the outside gyms they offer to cover. For a luxury resort, an on-site gym feels like a basic expectation. Overall, a wonderful stay in many ways, but the lack of a functional gym was a significant disappointment.

David was the massage therapist and he is so amazing, I definitely would go back to him for any massage or the rose quartz massage. Perfect amount of pressure and he checked in to make sure all was perfect. Very professional. I am a massage fiend and get a massage once or twice a week, and go to luxury spas as a little staycation. The rose massage with david was a highlight of all regular and luxury spas I've gone to. The massage occurs in a heated quartz massage bed which has a consistency like sand. The bed is an inversión table but nothing to be afraid of, it's very minor feeling. the treatment included a cool rose quartz roller face massage. If u love crystals and sound bowls, massage and such I highly recommend this treatment. The express facial (25 min complimentary service for a summer special) by Érica was fabulous. She was super friendly and gave a wonderful treatment (cleansed face, face massage, so good, and application of serum). I imagine a full facial would be fab. Compared to eau or the carillon in Miami (formerly canyon ranch) this place lacks a good wet spa. It has a steam room but that's it. There is an outdoor lounge area that's co ed that's really luxurious due to swaying palms and ocean breeze where you can sit with a friend, kindle or drink and snack. There is a pool that makes the sound of running water but can't swim in. Minor things that led to four stars for the $350 experience for the services above, which was one 80 min treatment plus the complimentary summer special addition: my appt was at 12 and no one got me til 12:15? I was told to wait in the co Ed area to get taken back but no one showed. It's fine but I would've liked to sit outdoors and relax rather than awkwardly idle in my robe waiting for 15 mins where some people not in robes were. They have a coffee machine that makes cappuccinos but it ran out of coffee or espresso beans and no one refilled it for an hour I checked when I wanted to make a drink. I fortunately was able to make a cappuccino which was good. They offer little bowls of nuts and dried fruit, which were good, as well as Pellegrino, frozen grapes, vanilla gelato, biscotti, clementines and strawberries. The steam room was good. The ladies locker room was expansive with a lot of toiletries available. The showers were super nice and had living proof shampoo and conditioner. The staff was all very friendly and without attitude! I am still so relaxed hours after going there today. It's worth it for me to pay for the experience because I never get this relaxed.

We arrived on a Friday afternoon in June around 1:30pm, with appointments for 6 booked in advance with the spa about 1 month prior. The actual treatments started between 2:30-3pm, though we arrived earlier in advance based on the spa's directions and also bc we wanted to have time to spend in the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room prior to our treatments. The staff was very friendly and helpful at reception and after checking us in, started the afternoon with a candle-lighting ceremony to release our stresses and prepare for a restorative environment, followed by a tour of the facilities. We then got changed in the locker area and headed inside. They provided a glass of champagne at the time, and lounge areas to sit and relax while not in the jacuzzi area. Unfortunately it was raining outside when we went so we couldn't enjoy the garden area (I really wanted to try the swings, they looked fun lol), but our entire party agreed the service and experience was fabulous. They allowed us to individually pay for each service although we had made the total booking together. When we went maybe bc it was a weekday it wasn't too crowded, there were a couple parties that arrived after us. It didn't feel like we had to wait around for space to open up. I didn't order food here so can't comment on that. Sounds like they've enacted a no photography policy inside the spa since I visited, which makes sense given the sensitive nature of changing areas, and I've been to other spas since then where this is the case. I can see why it could be a privacy concern, and not everyone has the same level of discretion in what's posted online.
