My appointment was at 1, but due to an accident on 50 I was a tad late (like 5 min). After I checked in, another customer came in and was clearly someone who might cause a scene. The associate did a great job of managing us both, keeping the other customer satisfied while not ignoring me. My fingerprinting process took literally 2 minutes. I was in my car by 1:10! I went to the Arlington office for live scan fingerprinting. Maryland state could not read the…read morefingerprints and the FBI rejected them also. Sent several emails to see if I could get them redone or get a refund ($95). And never got a response. I had to drive to reisterstown Maryland to get them done at a place where both agencies suggested. Don't waste your time here.
