THIS IS THE BEST FIRM YOU WILL EVER HIRE IN YOUR LIFE! I'll…read morestart off by saying that my case would give many attorneys a brain freeze!!!! Mr. Ragland accepted it, and has taken on it like a CHAMP:D When you call the firm you're either going to be greeted by Sandra or Mariela. Those girls are such SWEETHEARTS! They have always treated me with respect and understanding. They're always there to help and answer your questions. Mr. Ragland is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and PROFESSIONAL. He gets to know his clients and truely cares about their concerns. This attorney knows what he's talking about and does everything he can to find the best possible solution for your case. Last but not least, MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE "drum roll........." Cyndy Ramirez!!!!! She is Mr. Ragland's Senior paralegal... AKA GOD's ANGEL on this EARTH. I am not exaggerating by any means when i say that this woman is the pure definition of HEARTFELT understanding. I have gone through a lot of stressful times and there WAS NOT one day where she wasn't there. She has worked on my case day & night without stopping. I don't know how she does what she does. There aren't words to describe how much her hard work has meant to me. Cyndy is INCREDIBLE! In SUMMARY: When this firm takes your case, they put real INSPIRATION, DEDICATION & years of KNOWLEDGE into it. If you're going through immigration proceedings, you're more than likely dealing with an issue that not only affects you but your loved ones as well. Take it from someone who's experienced the stress. IF YOU HAVE READ MY REVIEW, IT'S YOUR LUCKY DAY!!

I had the pleasure of working with one of the partners at Benach Ragland, Dree Collopy. I met Dree…read moreCollopy through another law firm and when she told me she was moving to Benach Ragland, I took a huge leap of faith and moved with her. I was nervous to join this fairly young law firm but I am happy to report my fears were unfounded. I had nothing to worry about. They helped me navigate an immigration case that kept me up at night with the utmost professionalism. Dree was very welcoming and understanding. It was her openness that allowed me to trust her and feel like my case wasn't just a "case" but an issue that was important to her. At one time I even received a good luck card from Dree right before my court appearance. It was this personal touch, expertise and insatiable research that gave me confidence that I had a shot of getting my issue resolved. The people I have met at Benach, other than Dree Collopy have been great as well, friendly and helpful. I remember the first time I called the office and Sandra spoke to me like she knew me personally and each time I have called in she always goes beyond what would have been a standard response. As my immigration case progressed, I visited the offices at Benach (for dropping off paperwork, signing paperwork or court preparation) and the place is very calming and inviting. There is very appropriate (and informative) reading literature in the waiting lobby with offers of water and so forth. My immigration case has now been resolved with a successful outcome and I owe it to Dree Collopy and Benach Ragland. I highly recommend this law firm for all pertinent immigration cases.

I've done quite a bit of business with Elite Documents for my international projects. Each time,…read moreI'm incredibly satisfied with their services. For federal apostilles that usually take months to get back, Elite gets them back to me in weeks. They communicate every step of the process, providing updates, estimates, and even scanning the documents over to me prior to sending- which for me has been key in time sensitive business matters. Having this contact in DC has been a critical part of my success in several matters and I couldn't be more satisfied with their assistance.

The care and attention as well as time and communication throughout the process were stellar. I responsibly did the work on my end to understand how I wanted to approach the legal process, though the technicalities introduced further challenges that while costly were effectively and proficiently navigated by the team. My two trademarks were approved in excellent timing considering the expected length of the filing and approval process. The overall cost matched the expected outcome as all of the details and nuances were handled efficiently. Special thanks to Eunice for her support and professionalism on the administrative front, and to Michael for the initial call and directional guidance that led to this successful outcome. I strongly advise anyone considering this law firm for immigration services to go elsewhere. My…read moreexperience was deeply frustrating and distressing, and I want to warn others before they endure the same ordeal. * After paying all requested legal fees upfront, I promptly provided every document the firm requested. * Weeks turned into months, and every time I inquired about my case, I received vague, repetitive responses and zero evidence that my application had been submitted. * Despite being promised updates and receipts, the firm refused to provide tracking numbers or any proof that my immigration case--even a basic sponsorship or visa petition--was actually filed. * I later confirmed directly with the immigration authorities that no case was ever opened in my name, meaning nothing was filed despite the firm having my money and documents. * Communication was unprofessional, and the team became defensive when I pressed for answers or asked for a refund. * My time and money were completely wasted, delaying my family's future and creating a huge amount of stress. If you value honesty, professionalism, and results--look for a reputable attorney elsewhere, because this law firm cared far more about collecting payments than actually delivering on their promises

I selected Etcetera based on a call with Joaquim during which he displayed insights into the specific needs of the technical language involved which reassured me that his team was professional. I was also impressed by the service aspects: quick turnaround and express mailing of the document plus notary certification within two days. (In contrast, one service I called in California was vague and who didn't even "hear" on the phone that I was living in Washington DC not Washington state. This is enough to raise questions in my estimation as to their specificity and detail-execution.) Within a short time of sending my letter to Joaquim, I received an email in response and within two days had the express mailed documents in hand. The extra mile they went, to verify the medical terminology with their Spanish editor/translator was appreciated. The price for the meticulous and professional service was fair. I enjoy leaving positive Yelp reviews for businesses such as this that do a terrific job. I intend to use their services again when I need important legal paperwork.

Lauren, the owner, was extremely professional, organized, empathetic, responsive, and efficient in handling our case. Our application was pretty straightforward, and the only snags we hit in our dealings with Lauren were due to technical difficulties and glitches that were caused by an upgrade in the firm's software. Lauren and her team handled this issue with great ease and professionalism. Lauren's fees for handling our case were reasonable, and even had some flexibility since we did not need to have Lauren accompany us to our interview. Her rate did include two practice trials for the interview as well. I would highly recommend Lauren and her firm for anyone who wants efficiency, professionalism, and peace of mind.
