Upon arrival, I was greeted very warmly by her daughter who was expecting me, then Mrs. Dolores verified my documents and reviewed the translations for accuracy. Before leaving, she also gave advice to my husband about the best way to convert his foreign license based on our circumstance and explained how she can help. Then, after taking my documents to the consulate the next day, I was told that I also needed certified copies of my documents, which had to be notarized as well and was given an appointment for the next day, but warned that specific language had to be on the cover letter.
