This service is the best! I needed to send some notarized documents to the Philippines. After reviewing the embassy website and talking to some people at the embassy, I learned about the process for getting legit documents completed and sent. In the past there was a mandatory process of getting documents "Red ribboned", or the fancy term for having the embassy legitimize the document. Recently(2019), rules changed and documents are now officialized through a process called Apostille. Through some sanction called the Hague Apostille Convention we can get any official document destined for the Philippines, stamped through the Secretary of State. Enter this "broker" type business who does all the work for you! A simple drive to this Springfield location and this long process turned into a simple chore. I brought my docs to them, paid them a small fee of $65 and they took care of getting my stuff notarized, and stamped by the state dept. I picked up my docs in 2 days and sent everything off to the mother-land. I did not have to drag my elderly parents all over the DMV to take care of this stuff. Is it possible to just use half of the star?! There is sooo much to write I just don't know where to start. This company provides awful service. Let's start with it's a very small office. The office uses one generic email and several people are answering your questions which can be very confusing!! The main purpose of contacting this company was to have a service provided, not what happened in my case: -I had to get my documents notarized -I had to get my documents apostillized at the department of state -I had to buy a prepaid envelope to send to the Middle East For two days communication via email I was told my envelope was lost. Then was notified that my prepaid envelope that I delivered in person to the office was now found. In order to expedite their service I was encouraged to call the Qatari embassy to expedite my documents to be delivered to their office so they can deliver the documents back to me. What the heck??!!!! I might as well start my own company and do everything myself. Very frustrating to pay someone to do a job and I'm finding myself having to do their job. Very incompetent and unorganized. If you want to have something done correctly and efficiently do not use this company. Honestly it was awaste of my time and waste of my money. read more

Horrible experience! They refused to address even one of my concerns during my month long ordeal. I was sent back one of two possible teaching certificate documents that I sent them because I was not sure which the UAE would want and they claimed to be the experts. They definitely do not live up to their claim: "the correct manner as required by government authorities all over the world." So of course i had to go through the whole process again. I had to pay it and send the same papers back. You had the correct paper work and did not proceed. At one point they referenced Qatar requirements after they had my U.A.E. application. Any excuses there. Thank goodness I saw the email fast and corrected this error. And then the companies last mess up. After a month, i was trying to figure out were my final document was in the process. I was told 3 different locations in just over 24 hours. This was most definitely cause for concern. Perhaps the company will get better over time, but approximately $900.00 and a little over a month later i am still trying to get my paperwork for the U.A.E. so i can report for a school year that has already started. read more

I had to get my documents with apostilled to process my VISA. I was hesitant at first because these are legal original copies, and I'm sending them to a company I don't know, plus it looked too good to be true. So I googled the company, and there were mixed reviews, most of them were positive. I went ahead and sent them my documents via USPS and I didn't realize that I would take so long to get to them. I was scared that they were lost in the mail. I emailed them, and they responded within minutes and told me they would contact me when they arrived. I asked them if they could send it back home via a FedEx prepaid waybill, and they gladly accepted. The process took about 2-3 days. I got it back within the week. This company is great! My daughter sent her FBI check to this company during the Coronavirus. Not only did they not tell her that they could not take it to the Department of State, they held onto it for almost two weeks without her knowledge. When she called to ask about it, they said they could either mail it or hold onto it until the counter service opened up. She asked them to mail it back to her and the rude woman tried to tell her that they could not do that. She literally had to argue with this woman who was holding a federal document without her knowledge or permission. It took a week to get it back in order to mail it directly to the Department of State. These people wasted 3 weeks that could have allowed her to get all of her paperwork done in a timely fashion. Because of their delay, she lost the job she was offered. Yet they still do not have anything listed on their site about the delays, and they charge $55 to mail it, which makes the whole process take over a month and a half. US Authentication Services has been outstanding at getting apostilles on the documents I needed for my visa application. In addition to being the most reasonably priced service I found, I had an issue with my Social Security income verification, which the State Dept would not apostille because it had not been signed by an office manager, which Social Security explained they do not do. A series of unfortunate events lead to me needing to get my federal background check apostilled in a rush. I had already sent a background check directly to the Department of Authentications, but they were very backlogged and they had yet to open my request a month after they received it. Needing an apostilled background check A.S.A.P., I submitted another request through US Authentication Services. True to their word, the request was fulfilled within 3 days. After the stress and delays with mailing to the Department of Authentications directly it is such a relief for their services to make it much simpler and quicker. I have had a very bad experience with US authentications. It starts when I wanted to obtain apostille for my Free Sale Certificate to launch my cosmetic export business in the Middle East. It was my first time and I have no idea what it is going to be about. I find US authentication website and I was pleased to find some information about the authentications of export documents, but the website didn't give me any useful information, rather, it confused me. So, I decided to give them a call to ask for myself about Free Sale certificate. Without talking too much, I could not attain any useful information; all they kept to say is "please send us your documents on blah, blah, blah". I felt like I was talking to an answer machine. Anyway, I sent my Free Sale certificate and after 3 days I get it back as it was. Honestly, the company did call to notify me that they cannot process my document because it must be certified from my Secretary of State and stamped by a local Chamber of Commerce before they could authenticated it from US Department. Furthermore, I also discovered that I don't need apostille for the Middle East; it is a different kind of authentication called Embassy legalization. I was really frustrated, disappointed, and discouraged. US authentications did have the information I need, but their customer service confused me more and gave me incomplete information. They should consider putting their Customer Service Division for revision. read more

Friendly does not mean helpful. I contacted them to help me with authentication of three documents. Of course, it was my fault not to google the process; but then, I thought I was working with experts. I sent them the documents as well as the $$ they requested. They were very friendly and kept me updated. Few weeks later, they returned back the documents to let me know that a step was skipped and they could not authenticate my documents from the Embassy: The documents had to be State certified before being sent to be certified by the U.S. department of State in Washington D.C. (but they did certify it from the US department of State btw and please do not ask me why...) So I had to go back to the beginning and pay another company to start over the process. So next time, before starting something, experts, review the country rules you are working with and get back to the person who entrusted you. read more
