They were efficient, professional, and hardworking, finishing the entire project in just over 3 months, and their work has held up great for the past two years. LCR Construction was recommended to me by a friend, and I was very happy with their service! We hired them to do the exterior of our home (repainting, replacing rotten siding, replacing windows) and Luciano was very responsive every time I had questions. He was also able to get us a really good deal on the new windows we bought to replace the old ones (almost $1k cheaper than another quote we received). He and his crew were always on time and ran a very clean project site. We ran into snafu with the windows we wanted to replace (long story short, the city refused to allow us to install the windows Luciano had already bought), and Luciano was super helpful with taking the windows back to the vendor and not charging us for them. Our latest project involved bringing our basement in-law unit up to code, and legalizing it for rental in San Francisco.
