So, if you are an electrician for this company make sure you invoice for about $500/hr! And their HVAC guys, I think its awesome your boss pays you $500/hr. But clients beware, there is a lot of gouging going on. Usually its $150/hr for the technical. And call the suppliers, you'll see the cost of the HVAC equipment is much less than you are being quoted! And other than duct work, its an easy day or two for an install. So do the math, and don't let our community be the place where we pay $ 500/hr for electricians.

Very hard to reach (months at a time) and even went to their office, which is scary enough, due to how it's very disheveled. Very bad customer service and total lack of professionalism. Broken promises and excuses. Even a little argumentative. We reached out to them repeatedly if they would come out and look at it, and our requests were dismissed. I mean we did not expect free repair, which they probably should offer since their installation failed, but they would not even bother answering the phone let alone coming out to take a look. They don't take responsibility for the quality of their work. At this point we are unhappy with the quality and value of the service we have received.
