I had a really uncomfortable experience here due to poor sanitation practices. I was shocked, especially because I watched the other nail tech (who did my husband's nails) thoroughly clean and sanitize everything--she even sanitized her hands three times between clients. I asked her (in Spanish) if the first lady didn't clean the tools after me, and she admitted, "They do that all the time." When I brought it up to the manager, she said the tech was new--that doesn't make it right. Proper sanitation should be the bare minimum, especially when working on multiple clients back-to-back.
