Original : I know the stylists have their own way of booking or dealing with affairs apart of the salon but I think it's wild they have a rebooking fee of over $30 if client has to reschedule last minute their appointments BUT when I get my appointment canceled TWICE by the stylist ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT , due to "family emergencies" that apparently always happen. I was early (as usual) and helped myself to their Nespresso machine with all kinds of coffee options as well as variety of creamers while I waited. It's a super-clean salon, including the bathrooms. There are only two stations in here so it feels very cozy and intimate. The area outside the salon is nice as well, next to the beautiful and historic Lafayette building. If you're looking for great stylists in the downtown area, Stephanie and Valerie are super-experienced and friendly!
