The price was within the range I hoped for the amount that needed to be done and I was glad to pay it after seeing the results. I'll be calling them again when I need another detail job.

There's a reason we keep coming back to Tony's Auto Salon!…read more Tony and his team have taken care of multiple vehicles for our family over the years--our black Tesla Model S, Toyota 4Runner, RAV4, our first white Tesla Model 3, and now our red Model 3. When you continue trusting the same shop with vehicle after vehicle, I think that says everything. This time we had tint and PPF done, and once again the work was absolutely beautiful. Tony and Christian did an amazing job. Their attention to detail and the quality of their work are exactly why we continue to bring our vehicles back. And I have to give a special shoutout to Lisa. Her customer service is phenomenal. She is friendly, helpful, communicative, and makes the entire experience so easy from beginning to end. It's rare to find a business that consistently delivers excellent workmanship and exceptional customer service year after year, but that has absolutely been our experience with Tony's Auto Salon. We wouldn't keep bringing our vehicles back if we didn't trust them completely. Tony, Christian, and Lisa--you guys are awesome. Thank you for taking such great care of us and our cars! Highly recommend Tony's Auto Salon for tint, PPF, and ceramic coating taking care of a vehicle you really care about and value.

Latest update: Reached out to the owner regarding money back guarantee as mentioned by him. No…read moreresponse. Completely ghosted my text and phone calls. In response to the business reply: PPF failure and rock chip "touch up" can be seen in new photos. I do agree that touch up isn't perfect, but the BEFORE AND AFTER PICS should let you know about their skills. It can be seen that the damage caused is MORE SIGNIFICANT than the rock chip. The clear coat is burned through and repaint is necessary. Update 1 (April 2024): Chris did my ppf and some issues came up with the edges. There were also debris caught in the ppf during installation. There were also knife marks caused during the cutting of the ppf. This can be seen in the pictures as well. Came up with excuses that the film is a new brand. If one can't score the film and not pierce through it and into the clear coat, shouldn't do ppf at all. Update 2 (June 2024): Redid the ppf but edges are still lifting. Ppf failure again...Asked for rock chip repair and he ended up leaving a blob with the clear coat burned through. Attached would be pictures of the rock chip fix and ppf failure. So sick of dealing with this business. A repaint on the hood would cost lots of money at this point. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! It is better to pay more for quality, especially with automotive care.

As amazing as Besrat is, Amy is the complete opposite side of the coin. Absolutely horrible…read morecustomer service. I'm a loyal customer who comes in weekly, pays for a monthly membership, and regularly purchases additional services. I buy their candles, support their other business ventures, and have consistently gone out of my way to support this establishment. Today, I purchased a $65 upgrade for a full detail and asked for an additional air freshener. Apparently, that's where Amy draws the line. One air freshener per customer. No exceptions. I politely explained to the lovely Amy that I had just paid for a full detail, had a wet dog in my vehicle, and would appreciate a little consideration. Her response? No. I then explained that I had no problem canceling my membership over this kind of customer service. Her response was simply, "Do what you need to do." And there you have it. What I find most troubling isn't the air freshener. It's the complete lack of common sense, customer appreciation, and basic understanding of how to run a service business. Imagine being so indifferent to customer retention that you're willing to sacrifice a loyal, recurring customer over an air freshener that probably costs the business pennies. Besrat understands the value of relationships and customer service. Amy clearly does not. Businesses spend thousands of dollars attracting and retaining customers. Amy managed to undo all of that over an air freshener. It's not about the air freshener. It's about the attitude. And unfortunately, Amy's attitude speaks volumes.

Spiffy only did a basic wash (which I could've done myself or paid $18 for), and Royal Aces has yet to make this right. Zero telephone communication (you get a voicemail). The guy spent 1 1/2 hours - when I was told it would take 3 hours. It was a rush job to get money and leave. I think they might be using different company names to scam people. How does someone do a complete full detail in 1 1/2 hours? It's impossible with one person.
