They use witch hazel cotton ball on you afterwards, refreshing! Idk if this is the only location they do that at?? The first time i got threading was at the layla at camarillo, and they didnt do that there :( This time was also less painful, maybe because the threader is more skilled? read more

Don't go if you care about your eyebrows at all. Worst threading I've ever gotten. Doesn't know how to shape them AT ALL. One was a completely different shape than the other. She ruined my eyebrows. When I first came in I had very nice & similar eyebrows, I left with one eyebrow higher & thinner than the other. Will never ever go back. read more

I got my face threaded and usually when I get it done, it hurts pretty bad but this time it didn't hurt much and I didn't have to help by using my hands. She did it all and I just laid there. This used to be my go-to place for eyebrow threading. Sadly, the lady who usually does my brows left, and the new person did a terrible job. My right brow was severely shorter than my left one, and I am not digging this asymmetrical "look." Not to mention, a young employee there kept staring at me but never greeted me. I've been coming here for about two years, now. They have excellent service and no other site is as amazing as the Thousand Oaks location. They keep it so nice and clean. The staff is so welcoming and warm. Parul is so sweet and caring. She's pretty funny, too. She always shapes my eyebrows evenly although my right eyebrow has a scar running through it. She is very receptive to constructive criticism, if you feel as if she missed a spot or you want them thinner or a more defined arch, she will always fix it for you. They remember the regulars. Their prices are perfect, they're not too high for threading. Threading is so much more gentle and safer as opposed to waxing, which can potentially take off a layer of skin. Best threading place in TO. I came in, got my eyebrows done quickly and was completely satisfied how my eyebrows looked. Threading does not hurt whatsoever unlike waxing. The service is excellent, you hardly wait. I love threading because there are no chemicals used like waxing. It says $11 for eyebrows, but every time I go, they only charge me $10. I let my eyebrows grow in for ONE MONTH. One whole month of not touching them at all. I had wonderful eyebrows and I wanted them to be absolutely perfect for this wedding I was going to. I have NEVER had a place do a worse job. Ever. It was a younger girl. I have two completely different eyebrows, one is arched one is straight, and one is WAY thinner! AND on the other one, she took it in way too far on the inner part and it starts above my eye. I quite literally could not believe my eyes. Of course, I'm too awkward to say anything in person. But my eyebrows were truly ruined. And I am NOT exaggerating, I had perfect brows before. It would have been hard to mess them up. I knew that she knew it was wrong because she was totally rushing me out and hesitant to give me the mirror. So sad. I don't understand how people are willing to do a service that they are not good at. I still tipped because, once again, I'm too awkward. I did not give one star because I have been there in the past and there is a woman who is quite good. But it's not worth the risk. read more

I love this place. I have been getting my eyebrows done here for the past year and half or so. There are a few different ladies who work here, but I suggest that you have Parul do your brows. Parul is the best and that is why I give the place 5 stars. She is so sweet, funny, soft spoken and has a gentle touch and always does a perfect job when threading my eyebrows. And she shapes them perfectly; not too thin and just the right shape so they look natural but clean. I've never had my brows done anywhere else so I cannot compare them to any other threading locations. As long as Parul is there, I will be a dedicated customer. Was ok experience. I have had threading done at other salons and tried this one. Was hoping this place would be good because it's so close to my home. The person who threaded my brows did so so quickly. I didn't feel like she took time to groom my brows. Just thread and asked for $10 . I am use to paying $7 for threading grooming and little head massage but now my old place is far from where I live. Oh well will keep searching for a new place where care and concern for my brows are important. read more

I give it a 3 stars for my second trip - the first time I went the woman was amazing she's a little older and more experienced and my eyebrows looked great I was so happy! I went back today and a younger woman did them cause the older woman was busy w someone else and she did a not so great job. I'm really disappointed how my eyebrows turned out. I had to ask her to give me an arch (which I kind of think I shouldn't have to) and even when she did she barely gave me one! She didn't even shape my eyebrows or slim them down. I could've tweezed my own eyebrows and got the same result. On top of that she was kind of rude and when I lifted my head for a second while she was getting more thread ready, she shoved it back down. So I might be looking for another place to go. read more

I'm always nervous about going somewhere new to do my brows. Went here because I couldn't get an appointment with my estitician. So happy I did! My brows looked amazing. I now get my whole face threaded. It's a little more painful than waxing (it takes longer) but I'm not red for hours after.
