If you're looking for cosmetics this is the best place to come for huge selection - they have a huge beauty boutique (Chanel! Urban Decay! Clinique!) and a good amount of affordable cosmetics too. Their NYX section is pretty great, though I still find myself popping between here and Lawton's as their stock varies quite a bit between the two. Upstairs you will find the pharmacy, seasonal goodies (mmm chocolates), hair care, cold and flu medications - the rest of the things you'd expect to find in a drugstore. This pharmacy is the best one I've ever been to - the staff are very helpful and caring, they explain anything you may need to know and I never feel rushed if I have questions.

Pharmacists said at 2 times the order was ready for pickup, to which I went for pick up and simply had my time wasted, not to mention was treated as if we hadn't spoken multiple times and with a very bad attitude. Hard to believe how bad the service is here.

The staff here are great and we get some prescriptions here. I like the fact it has a part grocery store in it, I have bought a lot of the grab items, milk , eggs , bread, sort of the staples. Some times I just do not want to go into the grocery store and stand in a huge line or half to walk a mile to the back of the store to grab a carton of milk. Fortunately for me , we have Shoppers, and sometimes I get the double bonus with the points card. They ad up quick, I have used the $75.00 in points a few times. There is a great cosmetician who works here, here name is Crystal. She has helped me with choosing a new product line and I am very happy with it. Go see her!

This place is awesome!…read more Sure it is not open 24/7 but the service and knowledge more than makes up for that - this is what a pharmacy used to be - where you can ring up and ask your "your tummy pills" or another refill of "those little white pills" and the pharmacist knows what you want and your medical history - priceless in my book. I think a lot of folks forget what it's like to be treated like a paying customer and not a loitering pain in the arse. I have special needs that require certain home heath care equipment that simply is not available anymore. I could not seem to get any help when I called many of the pharmacies in the HRM. I am used to being treated in a rather surly manner by pharmacists...especially when asking for the special equipment I need. However; I thought of this place because they're new and home health care oriented. Jacinda is the pharmacist and she is the one who helped me. She did not have what I was looking for in her store, so she called several others for me while I waited. Like my last review of another drugstore, I have to point out the quality customer service. I really appreciated the steps Jacinda was willing to take to locate the equipment I require. She was not able to locate what I needed in other stores around HRM either but she is actually calling the supplier to see if she can't get what I need at her location. (*UPDATE on this...She ACTUALLY did find it and I was super happy, so another star for Moffat's Pharmasave) I'm glad I've discovered not one but two places in the last 3 weeks with people working there who actually care about the person calling, their needs and extending themselves to a standard of customer service that seems to be a dying art in the retail world. It has been a wonderful experience to receive service from the two pharmacists, Leigh and Jacinda (I hope I spelled those right). They are both incredibly helpful and knowledgable. They care about my health and go the extra mile. They have reviewed options for Tier 1/Tier 2 drugs for optimal coverage on my health insurance plan and called my physician to discuss alternate medications. I have learned that building a relationship with a pharmacist over time is incredibly helpful as they follow your care and have so much knowledge about the medications you are on. This pharmacy also offers free delivery if you can't pick up your prescription. I believe they also offer a number of care services for a fee such as flu shots. Even though I have moved to a new physician located on the other side of town and this pharmacy is out of the way for me, I go the extra distance for the quality and friendliness of their service.

The team seemed somewhat perturbed to have people shopping in the store in what is a major tourist area. However, the pharmacy folks were incredibly impatient and rude today. Don't ask them basic questions or prepare to wait before receiving a rude, insulting response. We were asking basic questions about medications trying to avoid HBP impacting drugs. These can be important questions when taking a medication, and we were talked down to and dismissed. I'd be impressed by the amount of contempt thrown our way in a 30 second interaction if it wasn't so incredibly frustrating. Honestly, there are several other pharmacies nearly. I'd choose any of them over this one. Work on the customer service skills at the pharmacy; it might be health impacting!

It's smaller so it doesn't have the selection that the others do, but that doesn't mean you won't find what you need. There are always sales happening (their discounted product section is huge!) and because it's a bit hidden you'll never have to wait in line. It's really well placed to be a 24/7 store, but for whatever reason they're always closed late at night. I've had to get myself all the way down on the Spring Garden location a few times in the middle of the night. I just think their hours could be more convenient since there really isn't much in the way of 24h places in the North End.

I ordered a refill online and was told by the system that they would be ready in 48 hours. Having already experienced delays, I waited for six days before going in to collect it. It still wasn't ready!!! SIX DAYS LATER!!! I know they're busy, but I have managed staff and workflow for many years and it is clear to me that whomever is managing this pharmacy doesn't how to do it properly. If they need to hire more staff, they should. If they need to teach their staff how to deal with to customers politely, they should. If they need to figure out how and when to order medications so they can refill the entire (not partial) prescription, they should. There are so many problems with this place I could go on and on. Read the Google reviews and you'll see the same responses - good store over all, but terrible pharmacy. The staff in the rest of the store, including the staff managing medical appointments and vaccines, is great but the pharmacy is absolutely dreadful. Go anywhere else to fill your prescriptions. Shoppers, step in and change management - they don't know what they're doing.

New and clean, great staff and all the amenities you need, including, a nice souvenir /gift ware section. But I was proven yet again that assumptions are always wrong. Their pricing is just as good and they also take Air Miles. The staff are friendly and helpful but most of the time you have to ask them for help before they will offer it. That's alright though, since when they do start to help I never feel like I am putting them out of their way. They are happy to give me a hand. They have a good enough selection of products to choose from but I wish they had more of a healthy food section. They basically don't have one but do have a few products kicking around. And with so much space, I think they could afford to implement a food section. But at the end of the day, most things I want to get at a pharmacy are here. And given the fact that this Pharmacy is closer to me than the other ones, I'll be stopping by here before I go into the mega Pharmacies.
