I just called to confirm they are still ok for tomorrow, and the guy says I have to leave the vehicle, and refused to provide an estimate. Why would a shop have a problem with a customer waiting for service (like every other place I've been to)? It's a big shop, so I presume they know what they're doing, and shouldn't have any trouble preparing a rough estimate, at least as far as how many hours it will take if all goes to plan... I have been to a lot of shops, and have never had this kind of experience. I highly recommend using a different shop, as these guys made no effort to provide good customer service, and it seems they are only interested in taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. Heartland Tire seems to be a much more trustworthy operation. They didn't have time to help me on such short notice, but took the time to discuss, and were honest about their availability.

They even filled all of my fluids in the vehicle, too. (Now I just wish they'd vacuum. LoL) The price was very reasonable! I think it was less than $35. Can't beat that. And they didn't push any additional sales on me. The guy who put my info into their system and doubled as my cashier didn't seem all that happy to be there. Didn't even give me eye contact. There's a single restroom and a tv inside the store. They also had a paper you could read and there's a bench outside to sit on as well. They did a great job.
