Kia called with another recall, which was nice as I didn't have to worry about waiting for the letter to come in the mail and then call and book an appointment. They streamlined everything! I had a couple of other issues for them to address and they stated they'd take care of those as well. I usually do not leave negative reviews, but the experience my girlfriend had with this Kia dealership in Lawton was unacceptable! She brought her 2025 Kia Sorento with all-wheel drive in for an oil change. The service special for Tuesdays and Thursdays includes a free tire rotation. While completing the service, the service team told her they did not rotate the tires because the front tires were supposedly in better condition than the rear ones. She told me about this afterward, and that explanation made no sense for an all-wheel drive vehicle where even tire wear is very important. The service team then said they would deduct the rotation from her bill even though the rotation was supposed to be free. That alone felt suspicious. I called only to verify the pricing, and that is when I learned they charged her the price for a six-cylinder oil change even though her vehicle is a four cylinder. That should not have happened under any circumstances. When I asked about a refund, the service rep told me the service manager was out for lunch and would call me back. I never spoke to the manager at all. Instead, the same rep called back later and claimed he managed to catch the manager before a meeting. He blamed the incorrect pricing on the manager being new, even though my girlfriend paid her bill to a completely different employee. It did not add up and seemed like an excuse. Bought a car for college aged daughter, 60 days and 2,500 miles later we go in for oil change and are told the tires are unsafe and need replaced as well as brake fluid and coolant flushed. It also took an hour and a half for an oil change and nothing else with an appointment. Pretty sad that they sale a $20,000 car that evidently has unsafe tires and needs more preventative maintenance to a 19 year old kid. My family will never step foot in this place and highly advise everybody to steer clear of these snakes. read more

feel like dealership took advantage of 100 percent disabled veteran. if I could go, no stars, or negative stars. I would. I went in here in August purchased a car. You know they gave me an extended warranty that said it was free wasn't free. 3700 for that. I wouldn't have paid for it or gotten it. He said it was free and it wasn't. The finance guy rushed me through the paperwork so I didn't see it until I got home. It wasn't free. You don't have to be shady. You could've asked me if I wanted it yes or no this is the price not tell me it's free. Gave me 2000 for my trade-in but sold it for 9500. The day I went in there. My FICA score was 721, cause I can go back and check. for that month. All three credit bureau agencies were 731. I'm getting denial letters from Banks that I would've got approved for. my scores have not been under 700 in several years. It seems shady to misrepresent someone's credit score. for credit. to get them with one of their subprime lenders. when I should've had more options with a 721 FICA, and a 731 credit score not Credit Karma either. That's why I hate going to dealerships. I will never ever ever purchase a car from them again. I'm highly pissed off right now. This pisses me off because bank is hot garbage. called the bank and they didn't even know what my score was. went by the Dealer told them. four letters have been for denial with different scores ranging from 697 to 680. my score wasn't below 700. all three credit agencies, or my FICO not credit karma. buyer beware this dealership is in violation of the consumer protection act, which is a form of fraud. misrepresenting consumers credit to put them with one of your subprime lenders is a form of fraud. they're gonna do their best to stick with one of piece of crap the lender banks. TERRIBLE SERVICE! went to get to get breaks changed, 10mins after driving away my car started making a knocking noise (never made that noise before) they said they needed to change the control arm, changed it and said the car is still making the noise. Tried to convince me and the "manager" even accused me of saying I complained about this knocking noise when i hit the breaks before I even came in for breaks service which is A LIE. Said my car is older and parts are wearing/worn so they need to replace the struts and rule out one thing at a time. Refused the struts and took it somewhere else and was told if he would LOOKED at my struts or even attempted to drive my car to figure out a problem he would've known it's not the struts. unless it's for something that's covered by warranty or you have no other choice I wouldn't suggest going here for service and if u do decide to go, just go in for EXACTLY what you came for and LEAVE or LEAVE and get another opinion somewhere else if they find other issues!! AVOID AT ALL COST We saw they had Toyota Rav 4 online for 16k. First thing I noticed once we got on the lot was that no one approached us. Not a single person. They looked at us but they did not approach us. So already, I don't like this business. Next, we walk inside and AGAIN no one approached us. We had to approach them! We spoke to a young gentlemen who referred us to someone else, then that person referred us to someone else. We had met 4 different people within the 5 minutes we were in there. Just horrible. Lastly, this car had cigarette burns, it was not cleaned thoroughly. It was obvious the chairs were not shampooed or vacuumed. Huge scratch and dents but it ran well. We just needed a second car. When it came time to talk prices they wanted 19k! When online it clearly says 16k. We laughed a lot once we left. They have to be smoking crack at that dealership. Very poor customer service from the salesmen. I researched a couple vehicles for my son-in-law & we went to take a look at them. One wasn't even there. It was out as a loner vehicle. (Which is the one that we really wanted to look at). The other wasn't cleaned or ready to be sold but they showed it to us anyway. My son in law left his phone number with the salesman for him to call when it returned. They called me to check up & see if I found a vehicle yet. I told them my son in law is awaiting their call. This dealership had the car I wanted. They even gave me more for my trade-in than the Kia dealer in Wichita Falls. The salesman I dealt with is top notch and I had no issues communicating with him. He was very thorough throughout the entire process. The guy over in the finance office was great. He didn't push anything and he went out of his way to explain everything if I had questions. We made the biggest mistake (or lesson learned) visiting Lawton Kia, and allowed them to "try" and sell us the Sorento we viewed on their website. Prior to our visit we completed some financial info on the Kia website, of course I was pre-approved with my good credit. I received a phone call from Elaina... we went over my info along with the specific vehicle car I was looking to lease, a 2020 Sorento - Dragon Brown @ $330.00 a month. All looked good, the car was in stock, my credit was perfect. So here's where it went south...real quick. We arranged to meet with Elaina at the dealership to finalize the deal...arrived and was greeted by Jarvis who was clearly anxious to grab us before his fellow sales associates had the chance to do so. We immediately let him know we were there to see Elaina, he said ok. He proceeded to walk us over to a desk, sat down, pulled out the typical salesman worksheet and began asking us questions. Whoa, wait!! Where's Elaina??? Guess what? No Elaina. She conveniently left just moments ago to tend to her son that was kicked in the head... hmmm?? Strike 1. We weren't having this, we began to walk out but Jarvis went to get his manager. We explained to them both we weren't going to waste our time going over what was in place with Elaina, we brought all paperwork needed and ready to complete the sale. Jarvis was directed to bring the Sorento to the front...guess what that car was just sold. Ha!! Strike 2!! They then offer another vehicle, same car different color, reluctantly we agree. What a joke. They offer me a payment of 480.00 since they claim my trade-in has a negative equity of "-$1400.00" Strike 3!!! We are out. So, here's where it gets better. We reach out to Monica at Patterson Kia. We explained our horrible experience, she is not surprised, we are the 3rd customer in that week that reached out to her. Ultimately Monica is able to secure the deal. A payment of $322.00 per month, with a negative equity on my trade in at -$900.00.
