He was rude, nonresponsive & basically unprofessional. I asked if my car was ready after waiting an hour, and he took my tag without a word and walked away to check. He returned and barely said 5 words to me as I checked out. The guy who checked me in was great, but Barry needs serious education in customer service. I won't be back.
