I would highly recommend Lawson Chiropractic! I' have tried numerous chiropractors and none of them could ever figure out or treat my issues as well as Lawson Chiropractic! They were thorough in my diagnosis and continuing care has been top-notch. Robert P. read more

I have been a patient for almost 15 years (with some gaps when I left the area) and they have always gone above and beyond!! Dr. Sara, Dr. Kent, Dr. Claire and Dr. Kayla are ALL FANTASTIC! Including every other part of their team: Lizzie, Bailey and Kathy are always on top of everything! You step in and instantly know you're part of the family and are cared for. read more

Dr Sara Lawson and all the staff go above and beyond. I highly recommend their chiropractic care.

Dr. Sara and all the doctors are fantastic - knowledgeable, empathetic, and very skilled. They diagnosed and corrected my major back issues and have helped me maintain my back health, give very personalized treatment, and really care about their patients. I always feel "lighter" and have less tension in my body when I leave there. Beautiful office, friendly, efficient office staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

I began seeing Dr. Kenton, and Dr. Claire years ago when I was just about unable to walk. I just want to say "THANK YOU" to Lawson Chiropractic not just for a one time treatment, but for keeping me on my feet, and able to have a life. The office has changed a bit over the years to accommodate the success of the growing business, and the larger patient load due to the care they provide, but the office staff has remained just as top notch and hospitable as they have always been. The level of excellence only increases year over year. I would highly recommend, and have done so many times over, the services that Lawson Chiropractic has to offer. read more

My husband and I both use this practice for our chiropractic needs. I see Dr Sarah and he sees Dr Kenton. The doctors and staff are amazing. We are fairly active and had to go in for help after doing something crazy. They've always been able to fit us in. Vertigo, dropping a motorcycle, and building a Yurt have been several circumstances that have required immediate care and they have been able to help. We now are on a monthly wellness plan! We would highly recommend this group of professionals. read more

Lawson Chiropractic - The crew at the front desk!! - Chiropractors Near Me - Asheville, North Carolina

I went into my first office visit with a lot of trepidation. In fact, I wanted to run away and hide in my car. I've had terrible back pain and Fibromyalgia for 30 years, so I've made the rounds of any doctor in Asheville that might could help me, including a chiropractor, years ago. But I stuck it out. I think I'm glad I did. Dr. Claire is so sweet and passionate about what she does. She seems to care a great deal. So, she put me at ease. She didn't do anything at my first visit, other than getting to know me and using a TENS unit for a few minutes. I agreed to come back, although I was disappointed that they didn't bill my insurance for my first visit. The doctor told me what procedures they offer and was upfront about the costs, the number of visits she would recommend, and what insurance would pay for. She also told me what financial plans they offer and that they would work with me. The second visit, she adjusted my back. (And they were able to bill my insurance for it.) So, I'm going to go to some more visits and see what happens. I was in a lot of pain for the next several days, but I expected it, because it's something new for my back, and I learned to live with it. The office is very clean and bright and soothing. It almost feels like going to a spa. The loud noises from some of their procedures are a bit jarring, especially on your first visit when you're nervous. I feel good about recommending them and I highly recommend getting your visit with Dr. Claire. read more

Office staff are professional, friendly helpful. Dr. Sara is great! As time went on my treatments, have been scheduled further apart and between her care and massages every 4-6 weeks i feel more limber & 30years younger! As a 60something petite woman with osteoporosis i learned it's highly beneficial to see a chiropractor regularly and Dr. Sara has been the right practitioner for me:) read more

I have been a patient at Lawson Chiropractic for over 14 years. I have aged from a 60 year old with arthritis to a 74 year old with multiple ailments, including a pinched nerve in my back. I have seen all three doctors at the practice, though Dr. Sara is my regular doctor. I have found all of the doctors to be kind, professional and helpful regarding my adjustments. I always feel better after leaving the office, regardless of which doctor I saw that day. The office staff is warm and welcoming. The management recently renovated the office and it went from a nice facility to just fantastic. Doctor Sara always asks about how my life is going, not just addressing my back problems. When you show your chiropractor photos from your vacation, I guess that means that they are like family! I would highly recommend this office. read more

I've been to several Chiropractors in the area over the years. Lawson Chiropractic office provides superior care- the office staff, the adjustment, and the therapies. My husband has been with this office for many years. I recently had a violent rear end accident where I was hit from behind. I am being treated by Dr. Sarah and I feel so cared for and in capable hands. This office has the kindest staff in any Healthcare office I've ever been in. They are truly healers. I have been going here for a few weeks now due to a car accident that cause some pain. When I first went my neck and back where killing me. Let me start by saying I never write reviews for any places but I felt a need to write this to save other people time and money. If you'd like to know why I felt a need to write this please read this review entirely. I was a new patient here about 3 weeks ago, got a pinched nerve in my lower back and needed a new chiro in the Asheville area because I just moved here. I got realigned the first time I went to see this office and it helped. The next 2 times I went the Chiropractor I saw did not do any adjustments besides my neck because I was "too inflamed" in my lower back. I was told by the chiropractor that I would need to see them 5 times before I started to notice any relief. The second and third time I went I got zero pain relief because we didn't do any adjustments. The third time I went they added on this "K-Laser therapy" which apparently gets better the more you do it. So I wouldn't notice results from it until the 5th or 6th time. Oh and let me add that this Laser therapy cost 60$ each time you do it and insurance didn't cover it. So I was gonna have to spend near $400 on it before seeing any results. They use a laser to emit light into the area affected for 5 mins and it's supposed to help with inflammation. Yeah sounds super legit, huh? I left feeling no relief in my lower back and ended up going to an orthopedic doctor who prescribed steroids to help with the inflammation and after I picked up the prescription and took the pills I immediately started to feel relief. As far as I can tell this place was trying to rack me for $1000 and honestly that's all I think they cared about. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY. read more

I have literally been going to Lawson Chiropractic for 8 years now. I have watched the practice grow. Both chiropractors are excellent but I see Dr Kent the majority of the time. I only have good things to say about Dr Kent's ability to help me with my ongoing medical needs. He has consistently for 8 years now been able to relieve me of pain. One thing I really like about him is the fact that he is understanding and not ignorant about my complicated mental and physical health history. I trust him with my health and am always confident that he will be able to relieve me of any pain that I may be experiencing. read more

Lawson Chiropractic is wonderful! I've been seeing Dr Kenton for over 10 years and he's been a godsend for my wonky neck. He is professional, helpful, compassionate, and great at what he does. 5 stars, would recommend :) read more

I have been a loyal client with Dr Kenton for two years now. I have suffered from chronic pain most of my life which requires monthly Chiropractic care. Dr Kenton has the best precision when it comes to adjusting. I always feel safe on his table and confident he knows what he is doing. He is both friendly and incredibly professional. I know he loves helping people and is always trying to make sure we are making progress. The staff are wonderful as well. They are very friendly, and very quick to do their job. I have never been in a chiropractic office before that runs on time like they do here, while maintaining a genuine relationship with their clients. It is my hope that more of their enthusiastic clients share their positive reviews here as well. A two star review is not reflective of this establishment. read more

As a 60 y/o retired optometrist the constant bending and twisting in my work forced me into an early retirement. I also have DDD (degenerative disc disease) throughout my spine. For 40 years through several moves, I've always sought out chiropractic care, in the distant past for routine maintenance; now, for the above issues and the pain they produce. Several were good, but I've never had such experience, empathy and results as I've had with Kenton and Sara. These are 2 highly effective Doctors of Chiropractic. I recommend them highly. read more

The Lawsons have been treating my family for many years. Throughout pregnancies, post injuries, chronic pain, migraines and maintenance, and we have always been pleased. They are very open to communication with the patient, always listening to what I want and need and never pushing anything that I'm not comfortable with. Both of my children go as well which shows how much I trust them as a mom. read more

I've went to Lawson chiropractic for 10+ years. I used to have migraines, prior to my attending their office. Have yet to have once since. I feel as though I'm their most frequent visitor. On a scale from 1-10, I love my mom a 10. I love my chiropractors a 9.98, and I tell everyone this. The office staff is fantastic. Emily does a wonderful job with scheduling conveniently for the clients and always greets guests with a smile. I've never had a bad experience at Lawson chiropractic. They have helped with everything from foot pain, all the way up to ear infections. I love my chiropractors. read more

Dr. Lawson is a great chiropractor, and the office is very professional. I recommend this center highly.

After going there for almost a year and spending over $600 for $50 visits, I realized it wasn't really helping my heartburn. My backpain wasn't gone either. I decided to visit a back doctor in Asheville. They looked at my back and saw that the muscle on one side was larger than the other. Then they had me walk to check out my gait. She noticed that my gait was a little funny. She then measured the length of my legs and found that my left leg is a whole inch shorter than my right. She gave me (for free) 2 heel shoe inserts to lift up my leg. Within a week my pain was gone. It's been 3 months and I haven't had any backpain since. Wish I hadn't wasted $600 here. read more

Lawson Chiropractic is a great place. The staff and doctors are welcoming and friendly. I rarely wait more than a few minutes to see the doctor. Dr. Lawson took time to listen to my concerns and needs. I got an explanation of what was going on in my spine and how chiropractic could help me. They also accepted my insurance and filed it for me. I just can't say enough good things about this place!!! read more

Dr. Sara and Dr. Kenton are both fantastic. In just a few short months, I was feeling great again! The entire staff is absolutely wonderful and I always look forward to visiting. I can't say enough good things about Lawson Chiropractic. I'm new to the area so I went to them based on a couple of positive Google reviews and their location was convenient for me. I was pleasantly surprised by how well I was treated by the staff and both doctors -- husband and wife team Kenton and Sara. I received a consultation, exam, and X-rays, then a treatment plan was fully explained and proposed. They were already familiar with my insurance plan and had costs estimated so I'd know what to expect. I began my treatment that day, and I can honestly tell you that I was already in much less pain after the 2nd visit. By the 4th visit, I had no pain. Zero. After completing the 8 visit plan, I can honestly say that my quality of life has greatly improved since I now have no chronic neck pain. I still go once a month for maintenance because I truly believe the adjustments keep my spine from slipping back into the wrong position and causing pain again. The staff calls me by name when I walk through the door (and have since the 2nd visit), I am always seen within moments of arriving, and there is a small play area that kids always seem to be enjoying. Discounts are available for your birthday month and also for referring new patients. The doctors Lawson are excellent care providers and are always at the top of their game. I always look forward to visiting them. read more

Dr Sara and Dr Kenton are both amazing chiropractors who will treat you with heavy hands (in a good way! ahhh! :) ) and a light heart! They introduced me to the world of chiropractic care 7 years ago and my children and I always look forward to our adjustments. Their staff is second to none... you will find no friendlier, more professional people out there! I so appreciate their care! read more
