AMEN Dr. Pace reported me to the police and security in Asheville and now there is a trespass order against me and I can't go to any Pardee Dr. or any Pardee property owned by Pardee for a year because I yelled at him. My health meant nothing to him. His foolish pride comes first. He did this during a severe medical crisis and blackballed me with no concern. Now no doctor will see me. I have never in my life knew such evil. I'm really warning all of you please don't even consider going to this Dr. or you are putting your life in danger. This is no Dr. Please please listen to me. Let me suffer through a horrible injury that incurred while digging my car by myself out of a foot of snow. Thinks I'm exaggerating to get drugs. Something is quite wrong here indeed. I'm a wholesome woman. An ex dancer from NYC, musician, animal rescuer, work with homeless, don't drink or smoke, vegetarian and have been practicing Transcendental Meditation since 1973 with yoga. Was running 5 miles uphill on treadmill until this now 3 weeks old with no improvement. All he cared about was my yelling at staff.. Turned back. Very inexperienced. I was a medical health care provider. I know medicine. I knew more then him. You want your Dr to know more then you. He told me that he'll release me from practice during this difficult time because I yelled at his staff because I'm in complete agony and crippled. He has never gotten on the phone to actually talk to me. Now has Covid and office closed. I must take this higher. This doctor should not be allowed to practice. I will find a new doctor as soon as I can get around if I ever do recover because I can't move. Lost much weight and I'm tiny to begin with. Can't walk and have to crawl.. would not give me any pain medications. I cry all day long!! I'm ready to die. I'm 70 years old a widow and all family dead.. I have no one to help me. Says that's my problem. What a guy! Go elsewhere. And his staff is rude and useless especially Amy. This is a new practice. It will not survive. Not recommended. Beware!

We tried Dr. Swann for our initial visit. We love Dr. Swann. She is thorough, patient, kind and helpful. She listens to my children, she explains herself, and she prompt in responding to issues. I have had some difficulty with the office. There has been several computer system changes (according to the office staff) which has lead to constantly having to update information, inability to log onto the patient portal, and mix-ups with insurance, parent, and payment information. I needed information for my child's school from the doctor's office. I was unable to log in to the patient portal to request the information. I tried to schedule an appointment online and was not allowed to do so. I called the office to request the information. I was told it would be handled. Nothing. I hand delivered a written request. Again, nothing. 2 months later, I have finally scheduled an appointment! Here's hoping we can get all of this resolved before Christmas!

Dr Wilhelm is caring, knowledgable, and so committed to providing the best care. My son, who is also a patient of hers, had a very scary medical issue...thanks to Dr Wilhelm, her team, and the team of Dr's she put together, he is not only fine, but thriving. Honestly, I don't know what we would have done without her. Had we not been patients in this practice, and going through the "standard" medical process - well, I can't even imagine....and thank goodness I don't have to. Thank you!

He is literally available 24/7 and patients get as much time as they need for appointments. His staff is caring and helpful. In short, he's a rare find. He's a bit more expensive than the average doctor but, if you can afford him, he's worth every penny.
