We tried Dr. Swann for our initial visit. We love Dr. Swann. She is thorough, patient, kind and helpful. She listens to my children, she explains herself, and she prompt in responding to issues. I have had some difficulty with the office. There has been several computer system changes (according to the office staff) which has lead to constantly having to update information, inability to log onto the patient portal, and mix-ups with insurance, parent, and payment information. I needed information for my child's school from the doctor's office. I was unable to log in to the patient portal to request the information. I tried to schedule an appointment online and was not allowed to do so. I called the office to request the information. I was told it would be handled. Nothing. I hand delivered a written request. Again, nothing. 2 months later, I have finally scheduled an appointment! Here's hoping we can get all of this resolved before Christmas!

Dr Wilhelm is caring, knowledgable, and so committed to providing the best care. My son, who is also a patient of hers, had a very scary medical issue...thanks to Dr Wilhelm, her team, and the team of Dr's she put together, he is not only fine, but thriving. Honestly, I don't know what we would have done without her.
