We were told very precise directions to this location and given options to prefill our paperwork for a quicker process. The office is very clean and the employees are very nice. I scheduled an appt. for my son for his first ever dentist visit during the T-giving holiday break. I got a call the day before the visit to let me know that dentist was not going to be in the office. I rescheduled for the following week. I received several text notifications about the appointment, including one at 2:07 pm for his 4 pm appt. I arrived early to fill out paper work, but found the door locked and the lights were on. I knocked, but no response. I called twice and it went straight to voicemail. I also sent a text message in response to the one I got. When I was leaving, I saw that there were a couple of employees in an office whose attention I attempted to get but was ignored. The next day, I received a phone call from the office explaining that the office was closed because the dentist was not there. The person on the phone said they called all the parents and I told her I didn't get a call; she said they must have the wrong number or something (remember, I got a text confirming the appt. 2 hours earlier). She also mentioned that the staff was nervous about me knocking on the door. When I expressed my concerns she was dismissive and combative. This office is disorganized, the dentist is unreliable and apparently they have no problem lying to their customers.

I am writing this review to share my experience after receiving cosmetic dental bonding on multiple…read moreteeth at this practice. While the cosmetic bonding was meant to improve my smile, I am less happy with how it looks now than before. In my experience with one specific tooth, the material did not appear contoured flush to my tooth structure, leaving what felt like a noticeable overhanging margin. Because it did not feel properly sealed against the tooth, it created what felt like a constant trap for plaque and food, making it incredibly difficult to clean. Due to my concerns over potential gum irritation and the risk of decay under the material, I chose to visit a different dentist a few days later to have the bonding fixed and re-contoured. As shown in the attached photos, which I took just a few days after my initial appointment, the top of the bonding on this tooth was raised over my gum line and did not appear attached to my actual tooth structure. My photos demonstrate my experience clearly: I could easily slip dental floss directly behind the top front edge of the bonding because of this physical gap. Furthermore, the material feels excessively bulky in my mouth, and the final shapes of the teeth are aesthetically unappealing to me. I spent a significant amount of money here on cosmetic work. Ultimately, I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with these results. It is not only frustrating, but heartbreaking to invest so much money into a procedure only to feel unhappy with the outcome, and I truly wish I had gone elsewhere!

Also, I don't like taking pills and thankfully she didn't prescribe me 3 different meds I can't even pronounce (this was done at the other dentists and I took them obligatorily with uncomfortable results). She was honest and told me over the counter ibuprofen should suffice and wrote down how many mg I needed. I had no bad side effects. A few months later, I had a crack in a tooth caused by an old filling. Once more she had me in and out quickly. Thankfully my mouth has been pain free ever since.

I had fillings completed in MAY of 2025 and I paid for my services before I walked out of the building. I got a call in DECEMBER threatening me into collections if I didn't pay $30 which was "left over" from my bill. I had questions, naturally, as to why I'm just now getting called about a balance that I THOUGHT I paid at the time of service in May. NOT TO MENTION, I just had another regular cleaning appointment in NOVEMBER and was not advised about a lingering bill or balance that I needed to pay!! She told me they just got the insurance coverage which is why they are just now reaching out to me. Nothing of what the lady said to me made a lick of sense. I hung up and I called my insurance company and they sent me over information showing they paid their portion in JUNE... but I'm getting called with threats of collections in DECEMBER! I called Innovative Smiles back asking to speak to a manager and the same lady got back on the phone- NOT SURPRISED! I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. $30 is not a lot of money but how this all went about- UNPROFESSIONAL AT THE LEAST! NEVER AGAIN. I have a hand full of friends who attends this dental office- I have advised them ALL against giving this unprofessional company another dollar! I am a manager myself, and have been for the past 9 years with a very high end company at a corporate office and this was worse than any Mc Donald's services I've ever received. I was handled like a dollar bill, period. No customer CARE- No customer SERVICE- No empathy or apology... because this was an obvious mistake on THEIR end for their lack of follow up and attention with billing. Just unprofessional!
