My initial visits were for sinus testing; however, during follow-up appointments, my test results were never reviewed or explained. At my most recent visit, Dr. Saidha did not appear to recognize me or be familiar with my medical history. She had only a single sheet of paper and seemed confused about my prior visits. When I requested to go over of my last three test results, she reacted as if the request was unreasonable. She also acted like it had been a year since my last visit, when in fact I had seen her less than 2 week earlier. Additionally, she was rude and became defensive when I asked questions about the next steps in my care. This lack of familiarity with my case and unwillingness to communicate clearly made me very uncomfortable. It is difficult to trust a physician with surgical care or any type of care when they do not seem aware of the patient in front of them. Additionally, she often seemed rushed during appointments and appeared to make assumptions about the next steps rather than thoroughly explaining the treatment plan.

Recently, I needed to find a new audiologist. I was in need of replacing my hearing aid with a…read morenewer one with better features and technology. I located Joe Pacer through a browser search of audiologists near me. After meeting with Joe we determined what I needed in a new hearing aid. I had been considering a make/model that would allow me to wear a crossover hearing aid. Joe gave me a quote for the new hearing aid and explained that I would have a 30 day trial period and could return it, without cost, if I wasn't satisfied. Because of the expense I asked if I could purchase the crossover after trying out the single hearing aid, which he explained was fine. Once I received my new hearing aid Joe worked to try and make sure I was completely satisfied and he made several adjustments during my follow-up visits. Once I was satisfied with the new hearing aid Joe ordered the crossover hearing aid. Again Joe explained that I had a 30 day trial with the crossover and I could return it without cost, if needed. Wearing a crossover was a new experience for me, as I had severe hearing loss in one ear and the crossover transfers the sound to my "good ear" hearing aid. Joe was very patient in helping me adjust to it and again making sure I was completely satisfied, which I am! My last audiologist retired and changing to someone new was difficult, but I am so happy with Joe. I highly recommend Joe to anyone in need of a caring and knowledgeable audiologist. First, you have to go through an answering service and never actually reach the office directly. WHEN and IF they get back to you they are not nice. When I called to cancel a surgery the office manager was horrible. They tried to charge me $500 even though it was 4 days before surgery!!! After going round and round she agreed to wave the fee and I would no longer be a patient. I still need the surgery so that was disheartening but I agreed. That was in June of 2024. In December I received a bill for $500 with a $120 credit applied. I am assuming an overpayment I should have received back. Underhanded and sneaky. Clearly all they care about is money. I have been trying to call them but never receive call backs. Office was never like this until his wife took over. So sad.
