Since we purchased this machine, we have gone through unbelievable equipment malfunctions. Whereas it has not even been able to complete 1 job, in facing continuous breakdowns. We have already spent over $10,000.00 in repairs, from reputable repair facilities, and we cannot afford to continue spending money on a machine, which there is no guarantee after the 10th repair it will finally be the final repair to bring to proper working condition. This machine was purchased by Pro Quip LLC at an equipment surplus auction and resold to my company within days of their purchase. Additionally, it was advertised as a "fully serviced" 2019 Takeuchi TL-6 Turbo 2 Speed." When in fact it is a 2018 Takeuchi TL-6 Turbo 2 Speed, not serviced. It briefly worked for the 3-minute original purchase demonstration, at the Pro Quip LLC facility. However, once it was put to practical use in the field, it would overheat along with many other issues. My company has filed a lawsuit against Pro Quip LLC (Case # COCE24021907 in Broward County, Florida). Additionally, they have a disclaimer on there website regarding the machines they sell. Which states that they wont warranty anything and cant even confirm the information they are providing; such as the Year, Make, Hours, or Model is accurate. How is this business, in business??

I simply wanted to find out when the repair would be finalized. Initially they said it might take up to two weeks. It's already been two weeks, and now they told me it might take up to three weeks, for a repair. I called them three days ago and they informed me that they will repair it that day. It's good to note that the repair on one of the mowers is for a line that they just installed and it started leaking after one use. I really did not appreciate the service experience. The owner should do a better job at training his employees in proper client service etiquette, especially for long time clients.

Brian, the service manager, happened to be standing behind the Service Associate at the front desk. He volunteered a tremendous amount of knowledge that was both practical and useful. His conversation converted us from potential Kubota customers to future John Deere customers. Then he gave us a warm handoff to the sales manager, who was also very knowledgeable. We will be back! Tried these guys twice. If you use them be prepared for surprises and dishonesty. First time I…read morecalled them out to look at our skid steer. After taking a look at it for 2 hours (billed) I was told it needed a new $500-$600 fuel filter mount. They said it was leaking. I asked Charles, the owner, if he was sure, he said yes 100%. I went out and looked at it and tested it myself and there was no leak. I questioned Charles about it again with my new info and he said his guy must have made a mistake. OK things happen. Owning a business and giving them the benefit of the doubt I called them again when our telehandler was leaking oil out of the hydraulic seals. VERY noticeable leaks a 2 year old could have seen them. I paid for one of his guys to come out and look at it at our yard. After looking at it for an hour (billed) they say I have to tow it in to the shop for a proper diagnoses. I pay to get it towed in and they look at it for another 2 hours (billed again) and they say it will be $8,000 to replace 5 seals and then we can diagnose the boom issue. I asked them why they needed me to tow it in to tell me the seals have to be changed? That's exactly what I told you had to be done. I then told them I will have the work done elsewhere and they hit me up for $500 for the diagnoses and say you cannot pick up the machine unless it is paid. I ended up paying it as we need the machine however I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. As I stated, if you use them, be prepared for surprises and dishonesty. There are better equipment repair places to service your equipment. Just my two cents.
