DO NOT USE! THEY SLAM CUSTOMERS!!! I contacted Lawn Lab for a quote of possible service. The front office decided to activate my estimate as an active account for service without my approval or knowledge. Weeks later I received an email invoice that payment was due for services provided. I did not authorize service, Lawn Lab did not call me to confirm, email, or text me of any such scheduled service. I was slammed as a customer and they are now demanding that I pay for their services. The Manger/owner refuses to call me. This company really knows how to get rid of weeds and fire ants. We have used them for 4 years and our lawn looks great with no weeds. My husband loves that he doesn't have to due the feritilizing, weed control, fire ant and grub control. They have a schedule for the right treatments at the right time. Pricing is comparable to doing it yourself - not counting time just product. We had army worms in our yard 2 years ago and almost overnight the grass went from green to brown. As soon as we realized what was eating our grass we called them and they came out the same day and treated the area. We always have the same tech doing our yard and he has worked with us when we were installing new St. Augustine sod as yard is now shaded due to trees growing up. The technicians are very nice and helpful. The product is good, but the office staff is rude. Every time I have needed to contact them the lady who answers is arrogant and rude. She is not good at customer service. I will no longer be using this company due to this lady. I would chose another company. read more

Beware of this company as they like to trap people with the fine print in their door flyer. I consistently receive a bill but never know when they are coming to my place. I saw no improvement in my lawn or even notice that they stop by with the exception of a yard sign. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone even if I didn't like them. read more

My neighbor uses these people and has given me permission to speak on his behalf. He said after 3 years, there are no noticeable results and weeds are all over. What a waste of money. The main reason for my review is to say "This company just hires anyone off the street!" Recently, a guy who came out with Lawn Lab assumed I was not home so he helped himself and pee'd on my lawn!!! WTF!!!I quickly ran outside to get his name and the guy mumbled his name was "Blazer or Blaze." He acted like he was higher than a kite. Also, he was on his phone when I approached him which was completely unprofessional, especially since it sounded like a personal call. No wonder this company can't kill weeds!.... Because they can't keep people off their phones to give 100% of their attention to what they are doing......and what grown man pees in public on someones lawn???!!! No respect! read more

Have been using their service for several years. Was initially happy. A couple of years ago they started growing and service has started going down hill. Front yard looks like a cowpasture. They recommended their aeration treatment at additional cost. Did not help. Have trees dying, they said I am not paying enough since trees were not there when quoted but they were. We have been using LawnLab for about a year and a half. We have gone through all of the suggested treatments. Our lawn looks awful. There are dandelions all over our yard! Not to mention numerous other weeds/grasses. After repeated calls and efforts to work with them, they keep telling us we need to do "one more treatment" to see a difference. Nope, we're done. Too many other lawn care companies out there that get results for a whole lot less. Disappointed. read more

I contacted LawnLab on their website. The initial conversation on the phone was great! The man I spoke with was very nice and personable. On-line and an ad stated that the initial spray would be $19.95 for 5,000 square feet. My quote was about $80 or $85. I did not question it because I have nearly a half-acre. The man said he would contact me over the next day or two. I did not hear from him for about a week. Then, he said he would let me know the next day ( Friday) about when he could come out Saturday morning. I heard from him a little after 8:00 on Saturday morning. He, then, said he could come out the next week. I was very disappointed because I wanted to work with a local company. read more

I contacted this company and the owner, Mark, came out. He made recommendations, then wouldn't reply within reasonable times for questions, even pricing, and other services. He just went dark until I contacted him again. He said he would send/text a landscape provider, but didn't. And, I agree, the office person isn't as nice. Makes one wonder why they advertise at all.
