Worst service I have ever had in any industry!! I explained what I had going on with our lawn or…read morethe lack of a lawn because it's a brand new home. I bought a package for almost 2K because it is a large lot, they agreed they would be out in February / March to aerate and seed because again I have dirt!!! Come April the first time hearing back from them and their guy shows up to spray for crabgrass ‍ so I had to call and they told me they would not be out until late April to aerate and seed. At this time I tried to get in contact with the Branch Manager at the Collinsville, IL store but he would not talk to me. After going back and forth I told them I wanted my money back and I would go with someone local!! If you need your lawn taken care of I would advise against going with TRUGREEN the employee (which he was great when he was at my home) can't believe the way the sold their product and also was floored that his boss left him high and dry when he called and went to hand me the phone to see if we could figure it out...... the manager didn't say a work just hung up the phone.

I have explained to the owner it's not my job to…read moreclean up after they cut the grass and I get home from work but 3 out of 4 cuts a month I have to clean up a mess on my porch and sidewalk and yesterday 8 feet up the front of the house I had to sweep because they plastered the house with grass. I have spoken with the owner about these things and he says it won't happen again and it just continues. This company has NO RESPECT for its customers. He also drove his big commercial mower right next to my A/C condenser right after being serviced and blew grass all up in it after I asked him not to and when I confronted him he said he didn't but I was standing at the window and watched him. I'm easygoing and just ask for Common Sense decency when he cuts the grass but he just blows smoke up my backside and continues to do a poor job. I guess I'm going to start cutting it myself.

Their communication from the start was superb! I had so many questions and other house maintenance appointments going on but they worked with me on a game plan especially since it had been raining so much lately and having to reschedule. I requested a first time service with overgrown grass and their quote wasn't bad at all. I got some quotes from other businesses but they kept adding on extra things whereas abc lawn care included cut, trimming, edging and blowing. I feel that they gave a more than fair price for these results! I was told that because the lawn was damp from previous rain and because it was overgrown that it wasn't as clean as usual maintenance which I completely understand. I am so happy with their work! I really wanted to see lines or that checkered pattern and I got it!
