They came out to give me an estimate and they told me what we needed to do to get our yard looking as great as our neighbors yard. They're efficient and reliable. This is an updated review that should have been done about 3 years ago. I paid upfront for a year…read moreof lawn treatments. There should have been a total of 5 but I had only received 2 and the summer was almost over. My yard was full of weeds and looked horrible. Their excuse was they were having a hard time getting employees. But this never stopped them from advertising for their new trash can cleaning service. You'd think they would concentrate on taking care of the customers that paid before they would attempt to get more business. I also noticed that my neighbor down the street was getting regular treatments on a timely basis. It was pretty obvious because they never forgot to put the sign up in their yard. I'm guessing she was a pay as you go customer.

Do not use this service. Last summer, we questioned the grass cutter about an area of the yard that…read morelooked uneven and asked for it to be gone over. The grass was cut, I was happy with the service, and I continued my service until the fall. This year when I called to resume service ( for the 3rd year), I was told they might not be able to provide service because they could not get my grass "as low as I would like it". I spoke with the owner Kristen last Thursday and told her I didn't mind the height so she agreed to come out and cut the grass on Mon or Tues. On today, Tuesday, I was called and told they would not provide service because they were questioned about the grass that one time. This obviously did not make sense, so when questioned about it Kristen gave the excuse that the guy who cuts grass for was "offended" when asked to go over part of the yard that looked uneven. As the paying customer, I thought that was my right to question services I receive. Also, she waited until the last minute to notify me when I could have set up services with someone else. One critique of the yard, which was resolved over a year ago, now I'm being refused service. This makes me feel this decision was racially motivated. This service is unprofessional and the grass cutters are unable to take constructive criticism. You better not question them for the service you pay for or they will refuse to cut your yard. Beware.

We contacted them by email and text to ask someone to stop by and take a look as well as to find out what kind of herbicide they applied to our lawn. So far no one showed up. One factor could be they applied the herbicide a couple of days after our lawn got cut. And our lawn was cut short than 3 inches. It was extremely heat in August too. The tragic browning of our lawn could have been avoided should the crew have professional common sense regarding lawn care and they should have advised us to postpone the treatment.

First of all, they cut my grass while it was raining and in the darkening evening, so they left a skid mark, tire tracks, and piles of cut grass throughout the yard. Odean did say he would come and finish picking up the grass. The next day during the daylight I observed my yard. They did not cut grass along the fence, along the house, or on the side- front yard( partly because they still had concrete laying in the grass from the subpar driveway job they did for me), there was rows of grass not cut, the yard was not edged up, and the bushes were not completely trimmed up. I contacted Odean and he thought he did a great job and only needed to pick up the grass he raked. I was "over it". I found another lawncare service for 94% less for the same thing they did. The rocks are still in the yard from June 15th. And I contacted him several times about removal.
