I had lawn Medic for the 2023 season. I didn't notice any difference in my yard after paying close to $1000 dollars. I paid almost all my bills in person since I could not get anyone to answer the phone or return calls. I canceled my service after the 2023 season was over. Evidently they messed that up. On June 19th, 2024 Lawn Medic illegally entered my yard and sprayed weed killer on several areas of newly planted grass. I was also supposed to have Lawn Doctor come and power seed my front yard on June 21st, 2024 but now they need to cancel it because Lawn Medic sprayed weed killer on my yard. On June 18th 2024 I got a call from Brandon @ Lawn Medic @ 773.896.8510 stating they were coming to my house to treat my lawn. I called Brandon back the same day stating I was no longer a customer and do not come to my house. They came at 725 am when I was still sleeping. I only saw them leaving my driveway and couldn't get outside fast enough before they left. On June 24th, 2024 I got a bill in the mail for $95.24 for a lawn treatment I never requested and plus I was no longer a customer. I called there local office in South Bend, IN stating I was no longer a customer and that they sprayed weed killer on my yard. I was told I needed to call and cancel my service before the new season which I did in 2023 in person at there south bend location. I know they messed up as if I was still there customer for 2024 they would of been out to my house 1 to 2 times already. The bill said Round 3 Appointment $93.45 Today we applied a blanket weed control (Triad Select) or spot treatment as needed. I looked outside and it looks like they did my whole yard per the tire tracks in my yard. Thanks to their screw up I now need to wait 2-3 months before I can have my lawn power seeded plus the weed killer probably will my newly.planted grass on sections of my yard. I plan to contact their corporate office if they have one. I also told the lady at the south bend office that I wasn't paying the bill. She told me she would research the matter and that the lawn service is reacurring every year unless it was cancelled which I did in my last treatment in 2023 in person. This company I will no longer recommend over there shady tricks they have done to me and other people that left reviews. Wow are there any honest companies out there anymore? Buyer beware read more

Used his "services" for 2 years and still had lots of weeds. Went with another service and he assumed he still had my business and came anyways. He drive his powered cart through a large seeded black dirt area and now he's trying to collect from me on his unrequested and unpaid service. Stay clear from this idiot. read more

I have used Lawn Medic about 20 years or since the company started with the exception of 2018. I returned to Lawn Medic for 2019 and appreciate their professionalism and the great results in my lawn. They have always been outstanding in their service and performance. My lawn has always been beautiful, especially when I apply their service and watering recommendations. Not very interested in running a business. There is never someone in the office to answer the phone--it's always the answering machine. They may or may not call you back but they definitely won't send someone to your house for an estimate. I've been waiting for a week and have tried follow up calls after speaking with someone once. Every spring my lawn was a sea of yellow... dandelions. Weeds edge to edge were embarrassing but I had neither the time nor the expertise to deal with it. On the recommendation of a neighbor I called Lawn Medic and signed up for their service. Half way through the summer we couldn't believe the improvement. Now it's 3 years later and our lawn is as green and as lush as any lawn in town. These guys know what they are doing, their price is reasonable and we feel a 5 star review is well deserved. read more
