They tried to charge me double for services that weren't even completed correctly. I requested hedge trimming, however, they failed to trim all of my hedges and left leaves and debris everywhere. They claimed to have been at my house for 52 minutes, and trimming for 42 which they definitely did not. They did come back (twice) to correct the issue, however they were adamant about overcharging me. Don't use them. Amy in the office will yell at you and tell you it's hot outside which is why she won't refund you and then hang up. They are horrible.

I described the issue and asked if he thought that Pestology could correct it. He drove to my home and assured me they could fix the issue. I also learned that if I set up auto-pay, the first month would be free. They were hired. About a week later, Bryan came to treat the lawn. Bryan is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He started with the dead spots in the grass. In the problem area, he put a high-quality dirt mix. This was above and beyond what I expected. Bryan treated the problem area and the rest of the yard with a liquid and granual fertilizer. He also treated the weeds that were starting in the dead areas. Bryan followed up 2 weeks after the initial treatment to check the change. The yard looked better than the work the previous company tried for over a year to do. The change has been incredible. At the 2 week recheck, he treated the yard again. In another 2 weeks, we are going to get the regular lawn treatment. The grass is now a dark green color. I can't believe what an improvement there has been with my lawn because of Pestology. I could not recommend them more highly. They fix problems and follow-up!!!
