Since the weather is getting nicer we prefer to let her stay outside while we are at work instead of in her kennel. Well today they showed up and didn't let us know. My husband text the guy when he saw that they had arrived on our ring and told them to not spray today and to come back on Friday. Well, they went into our backyard anyway and started spraying. We also have a ring in our backyard so I saw them. Our dog was freaking out. Thankfully she is very sweet and would never attack anyone but she was barking at them because they were strangers. We have cancelled our services with them and will never recommend them to anyone else. Thank god our dog didn't t get out of the gate or worse, bit one of the workers. And to top it off, when my husband called the owner she didn't apologize at all and acted like it wasn't a big deal. When a customer asks for you to let them know when you're coming that should be respected and even more so, when a customer asks you to NOT go in the backyard that should absolutely not be ignored.

I requested a Friday AM appointment, to which they agreed. Finally, at 1:30, I texted to find out if they were coming. They said they were on their way at 3:30, and they texted me at 4:30 that they were done. When I arrived home, I wanted to cry. My full, lush, but overgrown trees have been reduced to things that resemble bonsai trees. I'm tempted to just cut them down. I didn't care that they were obstructing the sidewalk. I plan on extending it, or did anyway. The trees were not interfering with my parking. They texted that they did cut off more than they wanted to, some were growing into my roof. Fine, that can't be seen from the street. But the rest is inexcusable.

We thought we would get natural disaster rates but was shocked to be given normal market rate for tree removal. Large willow tree needed to be removed. Their rate as half of many others. Worked fast, had a great crew, cleaned up extremely well. They indicated the stump grinding we need to be in a few weeks since they rent that and line up all of their jobs in a week to keep their cost down. I thought...ok here we go. Well in less than two weeks they showed up, did the work, cleaned up really well, even took out root branching in the yard, then left the invoice in the mail box, couldn't believe it. Normal my experience with lawn and tree folks was cash and carry and they mean now, in advance. Found out later these guys are all off duty fireman and they do this work in their off shifts. Can't say enough good things. Only sorry it has taken so long for me to post.

In short, over the last few years I had grown tired of bagging leaves... mostly because I live in an older neighborhood that has a ton of leaves. This year I decided that I would blow the leaves into neat piles and find a company that could bag them for me. Cherry Pride arrived 10 minutes early and immediate went to work. They were VERY polite and efficient. After all was said and done, I had 28 contractor bags of leaves sitting neatly at my curb ready for big trash day, which just so happened to be the next day. All of this was accomplished in just a little over an hour and a half. They had already informed me before they arrived that they were going to give me a discount, which I appreciated. However, for the quality and efficiency of their work, I couldn't help but give them a rather large tip. I'll add that after their work was finished, we chatted briefly about the other services they offer which I plan on taking them upon. Overall, I was very impressed with Cherry Pride and would give them serious consideration for some of your smaller projects. A+++

He showed up, didn't have proper tools, had to borrow our extension cords. My wife had to stay home and miss a physical therapy appointment because he needed to use plugs inside of our house. I paid him $200 to cut our hedges and remove the brush via Cashapp before I left for work at 9am. He cut the bushes using a regular ol' hedge trimmer. With his friend he brought (Trent). They arrived in a car which I didn't even think twice about. They trimmed what they could and piled the brush up AND LEFT! My wife contacted me saying they left without saying anything and didn't finish. I attached pictures of our text convo. Lesson learned, go with a legit company and don't pay anyone until the work is done! I even requested the money back he had quoted for removing the brush ($30). He declined it and BLOCKED me!
