We were quoted from a couple of other places that it would cost around $6K so we put it off for quite a few years until we found out about Mr Rick Hollowell with Automated Tech Solutions. They came right out and gave us some quotes and told us about options we didn't know we had that would make it much more reasonable! We did not have to have the whole ductwork redone. The options were awesome and made it so much more affordable in our budget. These guys did an amazing job and are very upright and honest and will not rip anyone off. We will always call on Automated Tech Solutions for our air and heat needs. That's why we highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thank you a Million for an amazing job very well done. Elite Air gave us the best quote and just finished the job today. Took them 3.5 days to do the entire job (seemed quick! They estimated 3-5 days). It was the owner and one other guy that did the job. These two were both beyond professional & very knowledgeable! We have had several contractors just not show up or call back. The owner let's you know when he is arriving (which I really appreciate) and updates you after each day what they got completed and the plan for the next day. They worked non stop this week (we've have some contractors here just messing around and taking forever to do something). I will hands down recommend this company to anyone that needs their furnace and ducts re done, glad we found this company!!

Tim is exactly the kind of contractor every homeowner hopes to find…read more When we bought our home, the inspector found condensation in the crawl space and warned us about the risk of mold. They suggested we hire an electrician to install a dehumidifier. That's how we originally called Tim, just to put in an outlet. But when I found out it would involve cutting into the house, I wasn't comfortable with that approach. What stood out about Tim right away is that he didn't just dive into the task--he took a step back to really understand what we were trying to solve. He listened carefully, and instead of rushing to do what was asked, he gave us thoughtful advice. Tim explained that what we truly needed wasn't just an outlet or a quick fix, but French drains to properly address the moisture and drainage problem. It was clear he was an expert in many areas, not just electrical work. Tim and his team of three worked diligently for three days. They were quiet, respectful, and incredibly thorough. Honestly, we often forgot they were even there because they were so mindful of our space. The work was done steadily and with such attention to detail that the results are better than anything the house originally came with. We are so thankful to have found such an intelligent, trustworthy person. Tim will be our first call for any future projects--we couldn't be happier with his work.

He was so professional and polite. Very thorough! Very knowledge---walked me through everything and explained everything is such easy-to-understand detail. He made me feel encouraged that this company is honest and employs honest people. I initially was looking to get a dryer vent cleaning, a unit cleaning, and an antimicrobial fogging. He did a full inspection of all the things I was looking to have done and was honest about the services that I didn't need so I wouldn't be spending money unnecessarily (although he offered to still do them if I still desired them). He showed me how to clean my dryer vent out for the future---with the way our stuff is set up, it's very easy for us to do. He showed me video of all the vents and informed/showed me a vent that needed to be repaired and he then laid out my options for me to decide what I wanted done. He then looked to see if he could crawl under the house to reach and repair the vent. He gave me lots of great tips for creating more efficiency in our home and how to keep our air in good quality as well. Kianoosh carefully and attentively listened to everything I told him and all the various problems I mentioned with our system and air flow to various parts of the house, and he really took care to address and attempt to fix each one, and if it wasn't something that could be fixed same day (i.e. large repairs and installations), he made sure to inform me of all the options---he showed such care and impeccable active listening skills! He also asked to borrow some water from the tap for one of the machines and some water spilled on the floor and he offered to use the shop car to clean up the water. He was so respectfully of our home and being in our home. Truly Kianoosh was an incredible representative of Interstate Heating & Conditioning company. Will keep them in mind for future needs due to this experience!
