He went into the attic an liked around, then the heater cycled. I said "that's the sound I was telling you about." He poke at several spots and the sound stopped. It was air being blown out of a leak between the furnace and duct. He drove a screw in and it was fixed. An honest man, so refreshing to not get taken to the cleaners. A dishonest man might have turned that into an installation of a new thingamajig. I recommend Lockhart Air Care. A family owned and operated business.

Since, I was in New Mexico and my family member (whom we were helping) lived in Shawnee, trying to find a company that would first off contact me and second follow through giving an estimate. Watkins was a dream to work with! They were extremely professional, Jamie communicated with me every time they went out to work on this project. It was a complete redo on my family members HVAC system. Even though they may be a little more expensive than some other companies...it is worth it!! I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants a job done correctly and with quality materials!

I was a little perturbed as they sent the wrong guy out the first time on this call-he was not trained on inverters on the AC unit. In my view, Small Town Property Revival is your go-to handyman company. They have done several…read moreprojects for me both large and small. The biggest project involved installing new boards on my second-story deck, creating a header and gate to the roof, a gate to the stairs, rebuilding a stairway and landing, and lattice and staining for a finished look. Since the initial install, Small Town has done some repairs and went in to reinforce the deck with more robust 6 X 6, concrete footers, other repairs, and darker stain. Other projects have included scraping and painting in a bathroom, repairing double-hung windows, and installing French doors. They have removed floor tiles, and removed old worn-out furniture from the house as well. All along, Small Town has been fantastic to work with, communicative, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this handyman company.

We had used Vu in the past for heat repair on a 25 year old unit and it held up but air conditioner…read morewent out that was even older. We decided we needed to replace both units. My son remembered when Vu had been out and really liked him so we tracked him down and gave him a call. We had new Daiken Heat and Air unit installed by Vu and his team this week. We initially weren't considering a Daiken unit but after reviewing four different estimates and meeting Vu we were sold. He was very genuine, knowledgeable and presented information on Daiken, the energy saving benefits and the excellent warranty. Price was more than competitive and was an excellent value. The team showed up, Adelfo, Manny and Sabastain and went to work. They were skilled and professional at their job and worked to get everything installed in one day. Vu came in and worked to support his team and troubleshoot if needed. They worked through the day and evening and didn't stop until everything was complete, including clean up that was better than how they found it. They ensured condensation drain, duct work, thermostat and unit was working before leaving. Warranty information was completed, submitted by Vu in our name, and emailed to us before he left that evening. Received follow up communication from Vu next day ensuring everything was working perfect. It's rare when we spend money on a large project that I'm 100% satisfied but I can honestly say that I am. Everything from start to finish has been a positive experience. No pressure at all! I'm excited to see how this unit performs. Great product, super quiet and efficient but more important Vu and his team were great, informative and helped us make the best decision for our home and situation. Actually, they went above and beyond what they had to do. I highly recommend Vu and his team if you have to replace or service a system.

We are new to the area and wanted to have our carpets cleaned prior to completely unpacking all of…read moreour belongings. We called around to a few places and we chose clean and dry because they had great reviews, we wanted to support a local business, and they offered a military discount. Even with the discount, they were a little more than some of their competitors, but based on everything else we decided to give them a chance. I called and got a quote from Kathy (who is extremely nice and helpful). When I called back to schedule, there was some confusion on the original quote not including a hallway we had discussed so she said she would include the hallway at no cost. The owner, Stacy, showed up to our home, and as we were doing the walkthrough I mentioned the hallway and confusion. He said that he heard the phone calls, agreed they were confusing, and said it's normally 30 for the hallway but he would do it for free if we wanted him to. I agreed since that was what we were quoted, and he said, "You know what, I don't want to do any of it." When I asked what he meant, he said he doesn't work for free and said he was leaving. I was confused since he offered to do it for free, but he walked out. I don't know if he was in a bad mood already, but that is terrible customer service and he was extremely rude to my wife and I. There were so many other ways to handle the situation. My wife and I had moved all of our stuff out of the rooms and had our kids sleep downstairs so he would have plenty of room to work and since we wouldn't be able to access the rooms until they dried. Had he tried to talk to me about it we probably could have up with a solution, but he refused to do anything at that point. I called Kathy back and she said she would try to figure out what was going on, but I never heard anything back. I would recommend finding someone else to clean your carpets.
