My father hired Razor Sharp to do a full landscape clean up for us as a gift this spring…read more We are on just over 1 acre with a lot of trees, and I didn't get to clean up all the leaves before we got into winter and snow, so the yard was a mess. I would rate 4 stars for the quality of the yard clean up work they did - it looked really nice when they were done. I don't know what it cost as it was a gift and my father wouldn't tell me what he paid, but he seemed happy with the price given the size of our yard and the quality of the work. However, I have reduced my rating to 1 star, and I'll explain why. When they were here, they ran over a faux rock cover I had on top of a hazard in our yard and destroyed it. It was not that small and was clearly visible (if it had been a real rock, I'm sure it would have ruined the blades on the mower). Did they realize what they did, admit to it, apologize, and then offer to make it right? Abaolutely not. They knew what they did but tried to hide it - I noticed it a few days later, and clearly they had set up the piece that was intact as if nothing happened hoping we wouldn't see it or notice (but the rest must have been shredded or mangled and/or they threw it away). My father contacted the guy he had been in communication with (the owner I think) and he assured us they would come out and replace the rock cover, but might be about a week before they were in the area again. That week came and went - that was 3 months ago and still nothing. My father called many times, and the first time he did speak to the owner. Then, the owner just stopped answering calls and never returned his messages. Everyone makes mistakes, I make them all the time, so I could look past the fact that one of the crew members ran over the rock cover if they had the professionalism and integrity to just own up to it, apologize, and then make it right by replacing the item - not only is it the right thing to do, it is what they said they would do. But clearly they have no integrity and no interest in actually providing good customer service. Worse than that, they are dishonest and deceptive - they tried to hide it, did not follow through on what they said they would do, and they won't even answer his calls or return messages. If the crew member didn't see the rock cover, then I wonder how much attention they pay to other details (or worse, could they endanger someone's safety). If he did see it but just didn't care, what else would they do that could damage your yard or personal property? This review is not about the cost of the item, its about what should be expected if the business is reputable and trustworthy. Clearly, Razor Sharp is neither of these. My advice - don't bother even calling this company for a quote, hire someone else. I'm sure there are plenty of other services with competitive prices that actually care about providing good service, have pride in their work, are honest and professional, and have the integrity to fix a mistake if/when it happens.

He came over, we talked, he made me an offer I couldn't refuse so I hired him. I have never seen a more dedicated man, honest and reliable, he won't leave until the job is done perfectly. I would definitely recommend him and the company he owns for any yard project you may have.

A truck with a plow on the front from "The Good Guys" pulled up and asked if I needed help then proceeded to clear the driveway of all the snow and ice. They were a godsend and very much appreciated.
